Majestic Beach Towers 2-803 is a stunning 2BR/2BA GULF FRONT condo that offers breathtaking views of the emerald waters and sugar white sand beaches. Wake up to watch the dolphins in the early morning waters and end the day with gorgeous sunsets. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom, the guest room has a full bed, and the living room has a sleeper sofa. You can sleep 6 guests comfortably. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Built in 2006, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot for active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoor pools, one including a kiddie pool, or get out of the sun and relax inside one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one-stop shop. Spa services are also available at a set rate. This property truly offers something for everyone!

Vehicle Registration is required before arrival. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1 and 2 bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3 bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2 bedroom units.

Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Rum Runners Tropical Grill, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.

We had a wonderful week and didn’t have any issues. They were very quick to respond to a question and even had a call to see if we needed anything and asking how our stay had been so far. View was spectacular!! Would definitely stay here again or another property of RealJoy!!

Amazing View!!

The condo was nice and had an amazing view of the gulf! The main bedroom bed was pretty comfortable. The queen size bed seemed a little wonky. I think the condo could use a deep cleaning but I have OCD.;) A few places in walking or biking distance which we loved. Quiet area. Overall we would stay here again.

Beautiful view

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and loved the balcony and location. The place is as described, with some things showing some wear. There were some items missed during the cleaning, such as old coffee in the coffee pots and weren’t cleaned, sink being clogged, etc., but not a huge deal. We had some minor issues during our stay, but RealJoy was very responsive and took care of everything promptly.

Awesome stay!

Overall, our stay was amazing. We had a slight problem, figuring out the keypad lock, but that was more related I think due to operator error lol! We will definitely be planning to come back again thank you so much!
