Welcome to Majestic Beach Towers 2-407, a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Gulf-front condo designed for a relaxing beach getaway. The spacious living area features stunning Gulf views, a queen sleeper sofa, and two comfortable recliners—perfect for unwinding after a fun-filled day on the sugar-white sands. Step out onto the private balcony with your morning coffee and take in the breathtaking emerald waters and coastal breeze. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals and gather with family and friends. The master suite features a king bed and a private en suite bathroom, while the guest bedroom includes a queen bed and its own en suite bath for added comfort and privacy. At Majestic Beach Resort, guests enjoy an incredible lineup of amenities including five pools, three hot tubs, tennis courts, a spa and health club, a movie theater with stadium seating, and an on-site deli market featuring Starbucks. Vehicle Registration is REQUIRED before arrival. If parking pass registration is not completed before arrival, you will NOT be allowed into the resort. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process shared via email from your Host company. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1- and 2-bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3-bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off-season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1- and 2-bedroom units.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Built in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot for active families; there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoors pools, one includes a kiddie pool or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the on-site market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one-stop shop. Spa services are also available at a set rate. This property truly offers something for everyone!

If you're looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, Pier Park is less than 5 miles away! With more than 125 retail, dining, and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. Dillard’s, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, Forever 21 are but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Rum Runners Tropical Grill, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers, or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.

Shipwreck Island is less than 2 miles away and is great fun for the kids! Try Pirate's Plunge, Treetop Drop, or the White-knuckle Rapids.

I proposed this trip, to my new fiancé, I looked and looked over multiple majestic properties to find the most modernized one, and taken care of for the right price, and this was the perfect stay! Perfect beach location!

It was perfect

Everything was laid out as detailed in the listing. We didn’t have any problems with the exception of having two hotel employees checking guest in. The line was out the door. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this unit to friends and family.

Majestic Resort unit 2-407

This is a very nice unit. Many upgrades have been made to this unit including new tile flooring (no dirty stained carpets) and new bathroom tiles with wonderful showers. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. We had a few issues when we moved in due to a water pipe leaking prior to our arrival. The owners of the unit were very, very helpful in getting these issues resolved quickly. John and Christine, the owners, are very nice people and went out of their way to see that we had a nice stay. A bottle of wine with a welcoming card and a few Hershey Kisses added a nice touch. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we booked the unit again for January/February of 2022.

Beautiful renovated Condo!

We stayed in this condo for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is fully renovated. Nice higher end appliances in the kitchen, we cooked breakfast/lunch in every day. Brand new tvs in every room with cable. Has a great view of the ocean. The master bath has a large walk in shower with stone tile floor. Every thing was great and would stay here again for sure. The resort itself is nice as well. We enjoyed the pools/bar and the little store that serves Starbucks. 10/10 stay

Perfect view

This condo is amazing. It looks as good as the picture and the view out the patio was surreal. The Majestic beach towers are located nicely between the pier with all the action and St. Andrew's park.
