Lovely decor; every gadget or tool you would want in the kitchen. Beautiful view of Gulf of America from our balcony. Only thing missing was directions was how to use the remotes for the TV.

Our stay in Panama City Beach couldn't have been better! It was Spring Break, so the town itself was busy but didn't hinder us from doing anything. The view was spectacular! Getting up to have tea in the morning to read and watch the dolphins was amazing! I would return anytime to any of RealJoy's properties. Such a well-oiled machine! They have everything covered!

This was our first vacation in 26 years. With a view from the 20th floor Beach Front it was unbelievable. Our Condo exceeded our expectations! Upon our arrival the place was Spotless! We felt so very welcome and the onsite staff were so nice and pleasant. Not what we were expecting. Our Safety seemed to be there priority. Real Joy is the REAL DEAL. So, If your looking to book a trip to Florida do yourself a favor and give Real Joy a chance to earn your business. You won't regret it

The condo was very clean, well equipped, and on top of the world views of the ocean. The location was great, never more than a 15 minute drive in either direction for all the things my daughter and I wanted to do, whether it be shopping and dining at Pier Park or parasailing, jet skiing, and paddle boarding over Shell Island and St Andrews Bay. The pools and hot tubs were nice since the ocean water was still chilly. My daughter frequented the on-site Starbucks daily.

The condo was great. So neat and clean. I highly recommend it. Nothing. The security was a little petty with "COPS"- like approach. Undercover security people clearly in uniforms was weird. One guy stood staring at a restaurant menu for 10 minutes, then walked over to the kiddie pool to tell them they had drinks too close. Kinda Paul Blart-ish. Not even kidding. Kinda weird.

We had a nice stay at this condo. The property managers were easy to reach if you need them. The facilities are extremely clean. There were many pools to choose from. The unit was overall very nice. There is some obvious wear and tear from use (baseboards and walls) but is beautifully decorated. There were plenty of towels for our stay and we used the beach toys and chairs. There were lots of dishes and things to cook with. We had one issue with some hooks falling off the wall as soon as we walked in the door but we were able to communicate this right away with the property manager. My kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. I don't think you can get a better view. The elevators are extremely fast and parking was quick and easy. It was nice having a washer and dryer to use during our stay. We would recommend and stay again.

The unit was very clean and had a great view. The only drawback is the bedrooms are on the front of the building which is loud at times dud to traffic so sleeping in wasn’t really an option. Overall the unit was great with everything one needs to cook and enjoy the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was AMAZING!! I’m very particular about where I say on vacation and this place was it! It was very clean, the decor was just like the pictures and it was located in a good spot (busy but not too busy). The condo has everything you need (just bring your groceries and seasonings). The view of the beach was spectacular. We would definitely recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!!

This place was great for my family!! My daughter enjoyed the board games and cable services they provided (Netflix, etc). They even had umbrellas, chairs, wagon. We brought our own but it was an extra touch. Thank you for sharing your home. We have made memories we will never forget.

We absolutely loved staying here - the location was perfect, there was such ease to just walk down and out to the beach as well. We loved the multiple pool options that were outdoor, indoor/outdoor, and indoor - we have an almost-1-year-old that loved the indoor pool and being able to swim out of the sun. The property itself was very clean, check-in was smooth and easy, and there were so many amenities that are offered during your stay. We will absolutely be staying here again - this may even be our annual beach place each year from now on!

Our condo was very well equipped, beautiful, and view was great as well. We only had two complaints (none of which our condo owner could control) we had neighbors who smoked a lot of Marijuana, which kept us from enjoying the lanai and security refused to address the issue and the pool in our tower was closed. The buildings are extremely clean, great location and the view is wonderful! If you stay in tower 2 make sure you check out Tower 1 pools, game room and the movie theater.

This condo was great! So clean and a perfect size for our family :-) We were in the heart of Panama City Beach, which can either be a good thing or a bad thing depending on the time that you come. We are a young family of five so when spring break hit in full force it was an over whelming amount of people, loud music, loud people, lots of weed in the air, which normally I don't have a problem with but it was overpowering! Otherwise though this condo and the views are totally breathtaking and to be just an elevator ride down to the beach is hands down the best :-)

I like that everything was clean (especially our condo) and sanitized, people were very friendly and respectful and it was just BEAUTIFUL. On the beach was perfect. The condo was absolutely perfect. My family and I had such a great time, the beach was gorgeous. TWO SUGGESTIONS - Need a burger hut outside by the pool for residents/guests wearing a wrist band AND residents/guests should NOT have to pay extra to rent a chair at the beach; that should be part of the amenities, as we paid substantial for the rental condo - beach chairs should be free :)

The place was great. Better than my expectations and very clean! It has a beautiful beach view and immediate beach access. The only thing I wish I would have known is to order groceries by Shipt to arrive when you get there. Also make sure the address is correct for Tower 2. The walk to the nearest restaurant was long and Shipt is the best grocery delivery in that area. Otherwise, I really appreciated the host, the condo, and enjoyed our stay!

We had to change our spring break trip due to Covid. It ended up being the perfect time to go. The resort was clean and accommodating and the condo was beautiful. The rooms are in the front of the condo which I didn’t love because I have a mischievous 3 year old who likes to explore but he never escaped so it was fine. The view was the best one we have ever had at a condo. Overall I have it 5 stars! We would definitely stay again!

Everything was as fabulous and as described! We had a very comfortable, relaxing stay and the view was breathtaking! We appreicated the homey decor, fully stocked kitchen, and the abundance of towels, blankets, and pillows. We could have used a few more kitchen towels.....1 towel and 1 cloth were not enough for a family of 6 since we did not eat out at all due to Covid, and did all our cooking in the condo.
We stayed in unit 2003 and enjoyed an ocean view from the living room and balcony, with seating for 6 and 2 tables on the large balcony. This unit truly not only met but exceeded our expectations! We had an incredible time and we will definitely be back.

I brought myself, 4 high school graduates, and a 5 yr old and it was perfect! With COVID having cancelled all of their senior activities this year and them missing out on so much, this was the perfect getaway for them! The room was spacious, clean, and designed beautifully. View was amazing and the location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do! I would definitely stay here again!
