Majestic Towers 2-1905 is the perfect place for your family vacation! This calm, clean decor in this stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bath GULF FRONT unit located on the 19th floor offers breathtaking views of the emerald waters and sugar white sand beaches. This unit features a king bed in the master suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, a twin over twin bunk bed in the third bedroom and a comfortable sleeper sofa, easily accommodating 8 guests, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. With a full-size kitchen, spacious eating area, and an open living room layout that opens up to a huge balcony overlooking the radiant Gulf of Mexico, you won’t want to leave. Majestic Beach Resort has amenities for everyone in the family!

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Vehicle Registration is required before arrival. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1 and 2 bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3 bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2 bedroom units.

Built in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot with active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoors pools, one includes a kiddie pool or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one stop shop. Spa services are also available at a set rate. This property truly offers something for everyone!

Loved that we were right on the beach we have stayed at the majestic several times . We loved it and had a awesome time thank you Only problem was the dishwasher did not work water was coming out and filling up the side of sink the garbage disposal was . The cold water would not turn on in the master bedroom bathroom but my husband fixed that for you but he didn’t have the tools to fix your other stuff but other then that it was great I just hand washed all the dishes we used .

Vacation 2022

The resort was very clean and well kept. The staff we dealt with were always friendly and had smiles on their faces. Answered any issues we had in a timely manner. Our unit had a lovely view of the ocean. The unit needs a through deep clean and some minor repairs. When you turned on the ceiling fan dust blew across the room. Dust was on the doors as well as pictures on the wall and décor. The bedspreads need washing as they have an odor. The coffee table is ready to collapse. If you were just going to use this model for going to the beach all day and out partying all night you would probably have no issues. My aunt and I are over 60 and spent a good part of time in the unit. No ice maker in the fridge. Nor were there any ice trays to make ice. We ended up going to Wal-Mart and making some a gift to the unit along with an ice holder for the freezer. An alarm clock would have been nice. The only other things I would suggest is an information book in the unit. Something to tell you that there was a Starbucks in Tower 1. What time the pools open and close. Where and what time the movies were in the Theater. In closing I would stay at this resort again. In spite of everything and maybe I am being over sensitive we had a wonderful time.

Loved it!

The process was straightforward for entry, parking, etc. The place was clean (except for sand of course) It was a great view, with lots of pools. The master suite was huge!! The elevator was always super fast too! Would stay here again for sure.

Was a nice stay. Love the master bedroom off balcony. We checked on 2 days early due to no ones fault. The day we checked out though the water went out for a few hours. Getting ahold of someone was pretty difficult and canned auto responses 9 out of 10 times. The place was nice though. Would stay again.

Master bedroom is HUGE, the other rooms face the hallway and can be a bit noisy since the unit is close to the elevator and garbage chute.
Place was clean/ each room w a TV., kitchen has many supplies, 19th floor w plenty of fast elevators.
The one thing I didn’t like was the parking being across the street.

Fall Break

The flooring was being updated and wasnt complete when we arrived. Therefore we had part of living room floor torn up and we had to walk around it. The closets were also full of things that were moved due to updating. It didnt hinder our stay, it just was unexpected and we were not forewarned. We would definitely stay again. The view was amazing!! And location is right off the elevator which was Great for unloading!

It was amazing!

We loved the location. My favorite location and views are right on the beach and this place delivered! From watching the dolphins in the morning to the beautiful sunsets. We really enjoyed the beach. That's our favorite thing to do, play in the sand, swim, look for shells. At night we went looking for crabs. We also got some amazing family photos done on the beach.
