Location, view and decor. Wasn't able to enjoy the views or eating meals from the balcony very often due to surrounding tenants smoking. Couldn't spend more than 10 minutes each time we tried to use the balcony without smelling cigarettes smoke.

Spacious rooms, beautiful view and right on the beach. The sliding doors were hard to open.

The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning! The unit was clean and beautiful. Most importantly the host was very responsive and answered all questions I had. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

We had a great stay! The room was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and right on the beach. Waking up to ocean views every morning was perfect. The resort was beautiful, and we all really enjoyed our time there. Host was amazing always checking in to make sure everything was smooth. Highly recommend!!

From booking to walking into the condo was so effortless and accommodating! Walked in to condo and was blown away by just the little things. There was a little welcome bucket with a little sewing kit, popcorn, and a few other little things. Dish detergent and some of the little essentials was already there (we did buy more). Then you open the closets and there was beach towels, beach toys, floated, high chair (if needed). The manager also did a mid stay check in with us to make sure all was good! There is a cute little store inside the resort as well as a gym. My family of 6 was very pleased with our stay! *you must have your wrist bands on or with you when entering the resort from the beach. Over all a definite 10/10!

Our family really enjoyed our Spring Break. Beautiful place and beautiful beach. Loved laying out in the lounge chairs provided by resort. Loved the heated pool and hot tub in the cool evenings. Would highly recommend!

Our stay was wonderful as always!! We love PCB. From booking to checking-out, was easy and exactly as listed with instructions. There was one thing that we wished was told to us once we arrived at the parking garage, on the 3rd floor there is parking to unload and get a luggage cart, which you need your drivers license out and ready to leave with the security guard. The Tower 1 outdoor pool was FREEZING and not enjoyable, but our kids were able to get in for a short time on our last day. All the other reviews did mention things about security and they weren’t kidding about it, the security would walk around all the time looking and asking about wristbands and that parents had to be next to their kids at all times in the pool/hot-tub. Which was kind of annoying when parents are also trying to relax and lay-out. The H2O bartenders were awesome and made amazing drinks!! The Chili Cheese Fries were to die for, it was big enough to share!!

Nice condo. Has a great view! The condo was pretty clean when we arrived. There was a plate of Oreos above the fridge and random brownies in a cabinet. It would have been nice to have a small vacuum to clean up the sand on the floor. Other than that, it was clean. The building itself was beautiful and well kept. The staff was super friendly. The elevators were fast, and very little wait time (although the ventilation in them were lacking!) It was easy to get a luggage cart when we both arrived and left. We had no trouble finding a parking spot in the parking garage. The parking garage is a little tight when passing other cars. The complex was doing work in the garage, and our car was covered in dust from them cutting the cement. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Great views and beautiful condo inside. Loved the outdoor pool but it did get busier on the weekends. Our stay was in June and we didn’t have to wait too long for access to elevators which was nice! Also enjoyed having access to Starbucks on site.

I love how they made us feel at home making it special for my daughter who graduated and her birthday so we planned this trip for her as a celebration! The gifts were amazing and she love them so thank y’all so much and will be booking soon

ease of bringing bags, etc. in and out of building 2. luggage racks organized with access via ID only works very well. parking in garage and you can load/unload close to building. Someone thought this out well. Thank you. We stayed 4 days everything was fine but it took awhile to get hot water from the kitchen sink.

This was my 1st time with a property on Airbnb managed through a vacation rental and I enjoyed it. Then condo was very nice, simple, and clean. All appliances and amenities were in great condition. The two beach chairs and umbrella were nice as we didn't have room to bring those.
Just a note - Some small things provided like a hotel stay- small shampoo/conditioner Travel bar of soap, bath towels - no beach or pool towels- we brought ours.
If you are doing a longer stay remember to list the small things that are not provided- I.e extra paper towels, tissue, all purpose cleaner. seasonings and cooking additions (all cooking utensils provided) walmart is super close in case you do forget. 😊
Overall RealJoy was a pleasant surprise, polite, efficient, and thorough with instructions. I did miss the quirky personal touches that most owners give for my stays but this was nice and conveniently seemless.
