Welcome to the beautifully renovated Majestic Beach Resort Tower I, unit #1-503 — a stunning three-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat in the heart of Panama City Beach. Perfect for up to eight guests, this spacious condo features upscale furnishings, fresh paint, and breathtaking coastal views, all steps from the sand and surf. The serene master suite offers a plush king bed, flat-screen TV, and a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a walk-in shower with bench — perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Step right out onto the balcony from your bedroom and let the ocean breeze wash over you. The first guest bedroom includes a cozy king bed, while the second guest room features a twin-over-twin bunk bed, ideal for kids or extra guests. These two rooms share a full bathroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space. Whip up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen or relax with your morning coffee on the private balcony as you take in the gorgeous Gulf views. Whether you're lounging on the beach, exploring local attractions, or simply soaking in the scenery, Majestic Beach Towers 1-503 is your perfect coastal escape. Vehicle Registration is required before arrival. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1 and 2-bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3-bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off-season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2-bedroom units.

Built in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot with active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoor pools, one includes a kiddie pool, or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one-stop shop. Spa services are also available at a set rate. This property truly offers something for everyone!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a great complex with great amenities. The condo itself is very clean and comfortable with nice tvs and comfortable furniture, plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. The complex has lots of security, which makes you feel safe and comfortable. 100 percent would stay again and would recommend.

We stayed in Tower 2 in 901. The condo was very clean, large and decorated nicely. The problem at first was none of TVs functioned properly. Real Joy sent in a tech guy to fix them & then he brought in a different TV which worked great. The next day the AC went out. Technicians were sent who worked on it most of the day to no avail. Real Joy gave us a new condo in Tower 1 #503! It was like brand new with much better beds, great AC, fabulous TV and was decorated beautifully! We definitely got an upgrade!

Great Stay

The condo was exactly how it’s displayed in the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked. The views are incredible. The condo is located beside the elevator. The front bedrooms can hear it sometimes but it didn’t disturb sleep. The parking garage is safe and close. We will definitely stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the fact that the room was right next to the elevator. Only 2 floors down to the garage level and 3 more to the beach. Easy access to the beach right through the indoor pool. Room was spacious and very clean. Trash room right arond the corner. Perfect spot in the building. Stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay in this room again. The only issue we had was the day we checked out. There was only 1 elevator working and it took over 30 minunted to catch one that was not full. But not a major deal.
