Vehicle Registration is required before arrival. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1 and 2 bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3 bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2 bedroom units.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Majestic Towers 1-314 is an amazing condo with a WOW factor! This stunning 1BR/1BA GULF FRONT unit located on the 3rd floor offers breathtaking views of the emerald waters and sugar white sand beaches. This unit features a king bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. With a full-size kitchen, a washer/dryer for your convenience, and a huge balcony overlooking the radiant Gulf of Mexico, you won’t want to leave. Majestic Beach Resort has five pools, three hot tubs, a movie theater with stadium seating, tennis courts plus a deli market with a Starbucks! Come see why Majestic Towers 1-314 is a favorite for all!

Built in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot with active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoors pools, one includes a kiddie pool or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one stop shop. This property truly offers something for everyone!

An excellent stay

Everything about this condo was top-notch. The furnishings and decor were pleasant and comfortable. The location is great! Very happy with every aspect from check-in to check-out. Would gladly stay here in the future.

The only thing I can complain about is the ocean was off limits without a $500 fine and pools closed and we had to keep the patio furniture inside and there was no room in the living area but it was after Helene .. those things couldn’t be helped! Everyone is so nice from this rental company. We will use them again??

We very much enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful. We loved how spacious the kitchen, living room and balcony was. It was very convenient being on the 3rd floor next to the elevator and bridge to the parking garage. The elevator did make noises but it just sounded like wind. I’m a light sleeper and the noise didn’t wake me. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Great room, perfect for a couple like us or a small family. Location on the third floor is great because we didn’t have to deal with the hassle of elevators much. Room was just to the left when you get off the walkway from the parking deck. Everything was clean, in good condition, and as described on the listing. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great Condo!!

We loved staying in this unit while visiting PCB!! Clean and loved the ease of being beach front. Everything that was listed to be available was actually included, unlike many units that say they'll have this and that and never do. Only drawback is the stairs are located right outside the unit. Seems like nobody can shut doors quietly these days. Didn't help that they don't have a slow shutting mechanism installed for the door. We were woken up pretty early every morning we were there. This is not RealJoy's problem, more of the resorts problem. Highly recommend staying here as well will be back!!

Relaxation

Everything perfect

The property was as listed and in great shape. The view was amazing. We loved the 3rd floor location easy to walk downstairs if we wished and from the parking garage no elevator required. Realjoy was on top of everything and even came by to show us how to use the remote on the tv.

Enjoyable stay

My bride and had our honeymoon at your place. It was really enjoyable. The only thing (I guess a miscommunication) was that I requested flowers for her to see when I carried her in. With a special note. Not a big deal or a deal breaker. Will definitely stay with you guys again.

A great vacation spot!!

This property was exactly how it was pictured and described. Absolutely loved the location and being on the 3rd floor was great!!! Being a large building, sometimes it was a long wait for the elevator but with the location of the unit, the stairs were close by. I also loved that the unit was on the same floor as the cross walk. Made loading and unloading so much easier not having to take the elevator. Will definitely look to stay in this unit again in the future!

Perfect Beach Spot

Definitely recommend this rental property! Looks exactly as pictured. Located in the 3rd floor which we enjoyed since we could use the stairs if needed. Stairs and elevators are close to the room. Elevators can take a while at times. Understandable of course with so many floors in the tower. The kitchen was nicely stocked with pots and pans for cooking. We appreciated the hot water and shower pressure. The gym on site is only available to tenants and owners. The beach lounge and umbrellas are for rent for $40 a day cash only. Overall we will look into renting this property when we comeback to PCB.
