Majestic Towers 1-2205 is an amazing condo! This stunning 1 bedroom+ bunkroom, 2 bath GULF FRONT unit located on the 22nd floor offers breathtaking views of the emerald waters and sugar white sand beaches. This unit features a king bed in the master suite, twin bunkbed in the separate bunkroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. With a full-size kitchen, and an open living room layout that opens up to a huge balcony overlooking the radiant Gulf of Mexico, you won't want to leave. For added convenience, a washer/dryer is located within the unit. Majestic Beach Resort has five pools, three hot tubs, a movie theater with stadium seating, tennis courts plus a deli market with a Starbucks! Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Built in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot with active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoors pools, one includes a kiddie pool or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one stop shop. . This property truly offers something for everyone!

Vehicle Registration is required before arrival. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1 and 2 bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3 bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2 bedroom units.

The condo itself and the view were both great! We had a couple issues trying to figure out parking and the door code was wrong but when I called the number provided (at midnight) the person that answered was great. She contacted security for us so we could get the parking for our rental car figured out. She also offered to call my wife who had already gone to the 22nd floor to help her and the kids get into the room while I sorted out the parking.
If that wasn't enough I also got additional text messages during my stay asking if we needed anything and once even giving me a suggestion for breakfast. Great customer service! Thank you so much for a great stay!

Condo was clean and beautiful. Million dollar view! We stayed on the 22nd floor and it was very quiet and the elevators were very quick. Beds were very comfortable. Resort had lots to do and many pools. Parking garage was a walk but not too bad. RealJoy was quick to answer and easy to deal with. Hurricane Helene was coming at us, or so we thought, and we had the grandbaby with us, so we left a day early. I'd definitely come back and recommend to my friends.

The condo was AMAZING!!! It was so nice, lots of room, and the view of the ocean was the best. We loved the fact that me and my husband had our own room and bathroom and our son had his own room with bathroom. The response time from the condo management was very quick and they were easy to access. My family loves convenience and nice, this condo checked all our boxes and then some. We will definitely come back!

The unit was very clean. Perfect location. The elevators! They only have two sets of elevators, and most of the time only 2 would be working. The lines and wait time for the elevators was ridiculous!

Fantastic, my family and I had a wonderful vacation!

Everything was perfect! Lots of space, fantastic view! Beautiful home, we will for sure try to make this our spot for when we return. The resort is great as well. Awesome pools, hot tubs, right on the beach and lots of things to do. I have no complaints, honestly everything went smooth.

Overall the condo was clean, as described. Probably one of the more comfy beds I’ve slept on while on vacation. Had no issues with checking in. Didn’t have any issues that needed prompt attention by RealJoy. Overall satisfied, and would stay again!

This unit is modern, clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for our week at the beach. So convenient being right on the beach. Several swimming pools, a game room, restaurants and a Starbucks all right there on sight. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The amenities were great and the location was wonderful. The condo was clean and the decor was adorable. I would suggest bringing your own linens/blankets for the beds. The ones that were there were very thin. Also, the pullout couch had a weird smell to it as well as the linens for the couch. Otherwise the condo was super clean and very comfortable!

Great place to stay, great area with lots of things to do close by. Would definitely recommend to others Only minus to stay was small children took over hot tub so adult couldn’t use with jets, but that’s no one’s fault but the parents should have used indoor pool.

Beautiful condo with ocean view

The property was very clean and well taken care of. Sitting on the balcony to sip coffee or drinks while listening to the waves and watch the mana rays with the small 2-3’ sharks and dolphins daily along with the sunsets was amazing. I’m sure I will return to the condo in the near future.

Gorgeous views - exceptionally clean

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The condo was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the bed comfortable and the elevators were quick. And the icing on the cake was perfect beach and weather. We stayed a full week, ate in most of the time; had our meals on the balcony while watching the dolphin and sting rays swim by. We will definitely be booking the Majestic again and hopefully the same condo.
