Majestic Towers 1-2109 is an amazing condo with a WOW factor! This stunning studio, 1 bath GULF FRONT unit located on the 21st floor offers breathtaking views of the emerald waters and sugar-white sand beaches. This unit features a king bed, and single pull-out chair to comfortably accommodate 3 guests. With a full-size kitchen, a washer/dryer for your convenience, and a huge balcony overlooking the radiant Gulf of Mexico, you won’t want to leave.

**This property doesn't allow groups of adults age 25 or under, no exceptions. **

Vehicle Registration is required before arrival. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1 and 2 bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3 bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2 bedroom units.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Built in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot for active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoor pools, one includes a kiddie pool, or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one-stop-shop. This property truly offers something for everyone!

We went here for our honeymoon and loved it! The location is beautiful and the room was just as pictured! Our only complaint was we encountered two staff members of the hotel that were a little rude. Overall the stay was great!

We saw dolphins and sting rays from the balcony. There are so many activities to do around the area as well. We always had something to do! We would definitely stay again!

Our stay here was great! The room was exactly as advertised. The room was clean and the views were beautiful! We were able to watch dolphins play in the ocean from the balcony which was a plus! The room has everything you need for a short stay, we stayed a week. There is a walmart within walking distance if needed. I highly recommend!

This place was great! We really enjoyed our stay! Place was clean and cute. Big balcony and wonderful view of the ocean! Place looked just like on the pictures. There is everything you need - full kitchen with everything you need, comfy bed, bathroom with towels and hairdryer, elevators, coffee shop with best ladies working there, bar, pools and easy access to the beach!!! Great place wonderful view. No odors and seemed overall clean.

Great place, beautiful view, felt safe no issues during stay and good air conditioning. I would stay again! Only downfall the mattress was a little too firm and I seen a few hair on the shower wall from the previous vacationer otherwise seemed clean. Great place with a great view! Will stay again! Great Room and View of the Ocean

This room was just as described. It was clean and the view was beautiful. Everything went smoothly except the coffee pot didn't work but they had a Keurig also and it worked. I loved that there was a washing machine and dryer and since the room is on the 21st floor you could listen to the sound of the ocean waves without hearing the people on the beach. The way the balcony is situated it is in the shade all day. I did smell smoke from someone smoking several times but I don't know that can be helped. All in all it was a great place to stay and very comfortable.
