Beautiful condo! It was clean, comfortable and the view was beautiful from the 20th floor.

We really enjoyed our stay! The check in process was easy, and my husband was very pleased with the unloading/loading and luggage cart access. We very seldom had to wait long for the elevators even being on the 20th floor. Having a bar and grill on site was super convenient and the food and drinks were good! The room was probably the cleanest property we have stayed at like this, which is always a plus! Already considering booking another stay!

Over all great experience. Had a small issue with dishes put up wet so molded. Not a big issue we wash dishes before using anyway. Text option with questions was quick. We would book again

We enjoyed our time there! The room fit our people to bed ratio perfectly! We loved the available pools and chair reservation for the beach. Other than a few hiccups, we loved our stay and our time in Panama City!

Overall fantastic place to stay! Great location, awesome 20th floor beachfront view. It was easy to find and nice to have parking included. The unit itself was spacious and came as described.
The only con I would add is customer service of RealJoy. I had to call twice about an issue with the refrigerator partially not working properly (was working but was not as cold as it should have been and the ice maker was not working; had to purchase bagged ice for the entire duration of our trip). The two times that I called, they were responsive in their pick of of the call and taking it. However customer service said they would have someone come out the next morning to inspect the fridge...next morning came and no one showed up. I called again and was told timeframe of 9am-noon...again no one came. No one came to inspect the fridge at any point of the trip and we did not get a call back from customer service about an update. We ended up just dealing with it.
Otherwise, great stay!

This place was definitely a “Real Majestic Joy”. The amenities here were definitely top notch. Out of all of the vacation spots or places my family and I have stayed this one was top tier. It was definitely worth every penny that was spent. The living room furniture was comfy and even came with throw blankets which made it more inviting. The kitchen amenities were over and beyond what we needed. Our final touch when leaving was the “Guest Book”. You are able to sign it and read what other guests have written about their vacation. I noted my engagement that took place on the beach right in front of our condo. I’ll definitely be back.

We so enjoyed a long 4 day weekend with family. The condo is right on the beach with gorgeous views! Nice sitting arrangement on the balcony to take in the evening sunset. Relaxing morning/evening walks on the beach. A central convenient location to multiple restaurants, stores & shops. Everything in the condo was beautiful & comfortable just like home away from home!! The place is amazing!  We will definitely return!

Super easy check in!
Location was perfect, close to great restaurants (walking distance). Spacious and clean! Pools/hot tubs were great, easy for kids.
Elevators were really slow, when we first got there it took about 20 minutes to catch an elevator to go up. You also have to sign up for carts to take up. Was a hassle when there wasn’t any available you’ll be waiting.
Would stay there again!

The condo was amazing as was the view from 20th floor! My only issue was hot and unventilated elevators which were very slow and frankly not enough for everyone checking at one time. Only other issue was the inconvenient looong walk to get back to your car.

Great location, beautiful condo. Loved the ocean front view. For the price, would have loved to see a few more amenities such as stocking condo with paper products and toiletries and beach towels, and would've liked to have access to gym and theater.

This property is BEAUTIFUL!!! Very clean with great updates. Kitchen fully stocked and lots of towels. The 2 chairs and umbrella were definitely an added bonus. Perfect location right on the beach. Check in was super easy! It was the perfect vacation spot for our family. We will definitely be using this property again!

May 14-21 Tower 1. Our stay was amazing. Pros: on the beach, very clean, cozy condo. Cons: No instructions on where to put bagged trash throughout the week. We figured it out. SECURITY! Two nights in a row we had a man and women knock on our door and then ring the bell. Of course we didn’t answer the door. But I only saw security at the front lobby desk during the day. People can walk right off the street and go anywhere in the evening/night. Did not feel safe.
