Welcome to Majestic Towers 1-1911. This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath GULF FRONT condo is located on the 19th floor and offers breathtaking views of the emerald waters and sugar-white sand beaches. Unwind in the master suite with a king bed and Ensuite with jacuzzi tub. A queen bed in the guest room and a living room sleeper sofa allows up to 6 guests to sleep comfortably. Whip up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen, dine while taking in gulf views at the dining table, and an open living room layout that opens up to a huge balcony overlooking the radiant Gulf of Mexico, you won’t want to leave. Relax after a day in the sun in the living room with comfortable furniture and large flat screen TV. For an added bonus a washer/dryer is within the condo for your convenience. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Vehicle Registration is required before arrival. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1 and 2 bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3 bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2 bedroom units.

Built in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot for active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoor pools, one includes a kiddie pool, or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one-stop-shop. Spa services are also available at a set rate. This property truly offers something for everyone!

Shipwreck Island is less than 2 miles away and is great fun for the kids! Try Pirate's Plunge, Treetop Drop, or the White-knuckle Rapids.

We had a fantastic stay at Majestic Towers! The condo was nice and clean. We had the most beautiful views and the sunsets were amazing! Real Joy had great communication and they were constantly updating us on our trip. They kept us at ease being unsure how the beach would be after a hurricane. I highly recommend using them for your next condo rental!

We loved staying at the Majestic Towers! It was a beautiful stay with gorgeous views! It was very close to several restaurants, mini golf, and souvenir stores.
