Majestic Beach Towers 1-1804 is a spectacular 3BR/2BA GULF FRONT condo that offers floor-to-ceiling views from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom! Wake up to watch the dolphins in the early morning waters and end the day with gorgeous sunsets from your private balcony! The Gulf front master bedroom has a king bed, balcony access, and an ensuite with a walk-in shower and jetted tub! There's also a queen guest room, and another guest room with a twin-over-twin bunk and a sleeper sofa in the living room sleeping a total of 8 guests comfortably. The kitchen has stainless steal appliances and granite counter tops, perfect for the chef to whip up a delicious meal. The living room has comfortable furniture to relax and watch your favorite movie after a full day at the beach. With a spacious beachfront balcony and lots of resort amenities, you'll never want to leave Majestic 1-1804! Come start making memories to last a lifetime.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Vehicle Registration is required before arrival. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1 and 2 bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3 bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2 bedroom units.

Built-in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot for active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoor pools, one including a kiddie pool, or get out of the sun and relax inside one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one-stop shop. This property truly offers something for everyone!

From before we arrived our host was in constant communication with us making certain we had everything we needed.
The condo was exactly as described.
We love the location and plan to return again next year. I would give them more stars but 5 was the most the system would allow.

How would you like to stay at a condo at the beach, pay $4000 & not have air conditioning from the moment you checked in? That was us! Wasn’t offered another unit that has air conditioning. Only 2 small portables that only cooled the rooms they were in which had to have a window. The window was at the hallway where people walk by to get on the elevator & could come into the room through the only thing between them & the inside of the unit was duck tape? Due to the duck tape hearing every thing that goes on outside the unit at all times. The entire time the temperature not getting below 74/75 with the portables running. Contacting the host SEVERAL TIMES wanting updates and getting told the same thing over and over with nothing being done! They knew it wouldn’t be fixed but didnt want to own up to it! Our stay was Sat to Sat with NO AC! If I could rate *0 STARS* I would! Real Joy processed a $500 refund while Airbnb done an adjust for another $500. 25% refund still doesn’t justify!

We loved being right on the ocean. The balcony doors open to the living room and master bedroom so we could always hear the waves of the ocean. Beds were okay, and would have liked more options for pillows, but we made it work. The building has a nice pool area and with the cooler temps, the heated pool was a nice add on. More than anything, we loved being able to walk right out on the beach at any time.

Very nice condo!

The condo is beautifully decorated and wonderful view of the ocean. A few suggestions for future guests- more towel racks like on patio for beach towels, and in the bathrooms. And maybe an ice maker in kitchen. Also, the security gaurds were very unfriendly with radios on outside pool deck and floats when there was no mention of this in the rules. Other than that, I would highly recommend this condo.

Great Condo and Management Company!

Great condo and awesome property management company! It's decorated and furnished really well and has pretty much everything you could need. The listing says that there is no hair dryer, but there is one in the master bathroom. Realjoy went way above and beyond in communicating and was super helpful. The location of this unit is also great because you're in towel 1 (with the restaurant and cafe) and the 18th floor is high enough that you can see all the sea creatures from the balcony. I would definitely stay here again.

Best condo we have stayed at so far. Layout is great and decor is appealing. Curtains had some rips, and walls and doors are a little banged up, but all in all our favorite so far. We will definitely be staying here again!
