Majestic Towers 1-1701 is a stunning 4 bedroom, 3 bath GULF FRONT corner condo located on the 17th floor. An open floor plan promotes togetherness and the floor to ceiling windows help to fully unwind with some of the best sunset views. Create a scrumptious meal in the fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, then gather around the dining table that seats 6 with additional seating at the bar. Unwind after a day at the beach with a movie night in the living room on the flat screen tv or with your favorite libation on the balcony breathing in the salt air. The master suite features balcony access, a king bed, flat screen tv, and en suite with a garden tub and walk-in shower. The first guest room features a king with its own private balcony, the second guest room also features a king bed with an en suite. Children will enjoy the third guest room which has a twin over full bunk, 9 guests. There is also a washer/dryer for your convenience inside the condo. Majestic Beach Resort has five pools, three hot tubs, a movie theater with stadium seating, tennis courts plus a deli market with a Starbucks! Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Vehicle Registration is required before arrival. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1 and 2 bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3 bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2 bedroom units.

Built in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot with active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoors pools, one includes a kiddie pool or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one stop shop. Spa services are also available at a set rate. This property truly offers something for everyone!

The MOST BEAUTIFUL place we have stayed at any beach, the condo was very well appointed, clean, and huge!!!! But even better, the balconies…. Oh my … on one side of the beach in the daytime, on the other side, the view of the city lights at night just perfect. we used DoorDash and almost never left the room except to go to the beach! It was just too beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at RealJoy’s Airbnb! We plan on coming back!! The condo looked and smelled clean. There was plenty of room for our family! And the views from each balcony were truly breathtaking!! I do believe the bottom bunk of the bunk beds needs a new mattress, but all other beds were fine. The pullout couch does not work, but we still had plenty of room to sleep between the 4 bedrooms!! And the bathrooms are huge and it made it much easier for everyone to get ready since there are 3! Overall, the quality of our stay was well worth the price we paid!

A great and very spacious place for our group of 8 on the quiet end of town. The resort had movies in the theater room for the kids along with a great DJ at the pool. We will definitely be back!

condo was very clean, spacious & beautiful view! Parking garage was a challenge as there is a long walk from room to the parking garage. This is on 17th floor & elevators we're fast. Didn't have to wait very long. Condo was so great & perfect for a group of 10. The balcony is large & spacious with good seating.
