Majestic Beach Towers 1-1615 is a stunning 1BR, 1BA GULF FRONT unit that offers 16th floor breathtaking views of the emerald waters and sugar white sand beaches. This unit features a king bed in the master suite, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to comfortably accommodate 4 guests. It also includes a washer/dryer for your convenience. With a full-size kitchen, a lovely eating area, and a spacious living room layout that opens up to a huge balcony overlooking the Gulf, you won’t want to leave. Majestic Beach Resort has five pools, three hot tubs, a movie theater with stadium seating, tennis courts, spa and health club and a deli market with a Starbucks. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Vehicle Registration is required before arrival. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1 and 2 bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3 bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2 bedroom units.

Built in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot with active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoors pools, one includes a kiddie pool or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one stop shop. This property truly offers something for everyone!

Wonderful

We love the view the room was really nice with the exception and not having enough storage space for clothing for the other guests but overall it was wonderful They need more dressers for the guess who has to sleep in the living room to put their belongings

Upon our arrival, we were a little confused on where to park. Our GPS took us directly to the front entrance but the parking garage is located across the street! There is a very small sign that says Majestic Towers to direct you to the parking garage and we missed it at first. But this is not fault to the owners of this Airbnb. Once we figured it out, we were good to go!
We loved walking across the bridges to the actual condos. They have several elevators that work very quickly. (If you’ve ever stayed at Shores of Panama, then you understand why this is important.) They also have a Starbucks, a little shop, and restaurant within the facility. Very convenient!
The room was nice. The only complaint was that the bedroom stayed hot in my opinion. Other than that, it was perfect for our family. The pools were great. The kids really enjoyed the stay. Definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great stay!

We were pleasantly surprised to have 3 beach chairs a beach umbrella and a small cooler in the room to be able to use. I imagine these were left from previous renters. So I paid it forward and left a couple beach towels and a few other little things that hopefully will surprise the next visitors! The toaster should be replaced before it causes a fire and the outside outlet needs fixed. But everything else was great! As I mentioned above...the outlet on the balcony doesn't work and the toaster needs replaced before it causes a fire.

Love staying at majestic thru real joy I will always stay here it’s like a home away from home.

I love being right on the beach and hearing the ocean watching the waves. Loved the welcome gifts and the surprise gifts from real joy. I will always stay at majestic thru real joy . Excellent stay I’m still calling it home when talking to friends about our vacation. The unexpected dredging was the only thing we could think of complaining about but on a good side we ended up with a lot of shells🐚 🤩so it was worth it

Paradise away from home

This was the perfect getaway for our annual “bestie vacation.” The condo was clean for the most part- besides a dirty rag hanging on the back of the door. I’m not above cleaning though, so me and my best friend cleaned when we arrived regardless. The jacuzzi tub with jets were a huge bonus I didn’t know about, I enjoyed many bubble baths in there! The balcony view was amazing and we had everything we needed to cook. I really enjoyed that this condo had a floor fan, I’m accustomed to sleeping with the noise back home so it helped, especially since this condo is RIGHT next to the elevators. The air purifier would’ve been great had it worked- there was a sign not to turn it off but it never worked for us. The elevators at the condo constantly had issues but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay! Can’t wait to go back

Perfect beach view!

We loved everything about the condo! The view and condo are just as described and shown the pictures. We had an amazing view from sun up to sun down. Check in was easy and communication with the property manager was a breeze. Our room did not have parking passes upon arrival and the property manager had the issue solved before dinner time. We will be back :)

The picture are exactly what the listing shows. Very happy with this rental. Definitely do it again. They were a few cosmetic that needed updating. The bed needs to be replaced and squeaks. Perfect views.

We enjoyed our stay. It was right on the beach and the view was great! It was clean and the perfect size for a couple, but there was a sofa bed if you had more guests. We loved the amenities that the resort had to offer, as well. We look forward to coming back!
