This is a stunning renovated 3BR, 2BA GULF FRONT unit that offers 16th-floor breathtaking views of the emerald waters and sugar white sand beaches. Wake up to watch the dolphins in the early morning waters and end the day with gorgeous sunsets. This unit features a king bed in the master suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, a twin-over-twin bunk bed in the third bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, comfortably accommodating 8 guests. With a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely eating area, and a spacious living room layout that opens up to a huge 25ft balcony overlooking the Gulf, you'll never want to leave. There is also a washer/dryer for your convenience. Majestic Beach Resort has five pools, three hot tubs, a movie theater with stadium seating, tennis courts, a spa, and health club, and a deli market with a Starbucks. Built-in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot for active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoor pools, one including a kiddie pool, or get out of the sun and relax inside one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one stop shop. This property truly offers something for everyone!

Vehicle Registration is required before arrival. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1 and 2 bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3 bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2 bedroom units.

Door code made it easier because we didn’t have to keep up with a key card I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking or walk so far to get to my car! This should be communicated on the front end not right before your stay

We had a nice stay. Room was clean. Covered parking but quite a hike to the room from parking. Elevators are fast. Actual beds are comfy and clean, but the bunks were a little hard. Plenty of dishes and cooking items for the nice kitchen. In unit laundry is wonderful. Balcony and views are amazing. Dining table seems a little big for the unit. Overall. Great stay.

This unit was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The only thing I can say I wish was better, was the floors could’ve been cleaner. Upon arrival, they felt a little sticky and gritty (with sand). I know sand is really difficult to clean up, but it could’ve been better. No rugs going in/out of balcony area, so sand just got drug into the living space easily. The resort itself was clean and well maintained. Lots of security guards walking around, which made us feel comfortable and safe. The resort is between 2 public beach access points, so the beach did get crowded with non-resort members, which is not ideal. We went for spring break in April, I’m sure this would be worse in the summer months. Real Joy was prompt to respond to messages and very helpful!!

We had a great time. The view was stunning and it was easy access to the beach and pools. The wristband rule felt very secure and they were on top of checking! We had one incident during our last night where someone tried to force their way into our room around 5am and the police had to be called. Nothing to do with the host themselves, but I think worth mentioning! I also had to contact the host a couple times and had to wait awhile before getting a response. The place was clean, beautiful and would definitely stay there again overall!!!

Great place, beautiful views!! Very convenient to get to the beach. Family friendly. Clean. We got to experience beautiful sunsets. Big plus, they provided us with an umbrella and two chairs! Make sure you check your chair number at the beach booth.
A bit confused about parking at the beginning but once we checked in and figured out the parking situation it was pretty easy. Also, beware you need to pay for parking (about $40 per vehicle). Be ready to take extra toiletries, napkins, toilet paper etc.
I wish our contact would have been the same person because every time we had questions, a different host would reply to our messages. Not used to that here at Airbnb so that kind of made us feel a bit uneasy.
Overall our experience was great. My family and l enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend!!

This rental was very nice it hold 8 people the owner always responded fast the view of the ocean is definitely good the only down fall is you have to park across the street so get ready to walk but they do have a loading zone on level 3 which helps a lot and the cart rental(it's free just have your ID and room number ) its on same floor the park time is 20 min which is more than enough time now the elevators be packed but we did find another one to the right but you have to walk to find it and to me it was faster than the one on left because everyone thinks this the only way up FYI and this room is right by the Best one the view is everything and the trash room just turn to the left after you exit the room
