Welcome to Majestic Beach Towers 1-1304! This beautiful 13th floor condo features updated flooring in the living room and bedrooms, 25 ft balcony, and stunning gulf views. Unwind in the master bedroom with a king bed, balcony access, and large En suite with walk in shower and garden tub. There is a king in the second bedroom and a twin bed with trundle in the third bedroom, and sleeper sofa, allowing up to 8 guests to sleep comfortably. With a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living room layout that opens up to a huge balcony overlooking the Gulf, you'll never want to leave. There is also a washer/dryer for your convenience. Majestic Beach Resort has five pools, three hot tubs, a movie theater with stadium seating, tennis courts, a spa, and health club, and a deli market with a Starbucks. Vehicle Registration is required before arrival. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1 and 2 bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3 bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2 bedroom units.
Built in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot for active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoor pools, one includes a kiddie pool, or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. Had a wonderful vacation. Right on the beach...what more can you ask for? How about amazing amenities, plenty of local attractions near by and plenty of room to be comfortable. I had a good stay with RealJoy. There was a delay on receiving my parking registration, however it was quickly handled. They were very responsive. On the night of the 15th the ac quit working and I waited until the morning of the 16 to contact them about it. It was fixed within two hours of contact. Greatest location in PCB

We had a great stay in Panama City Beach. The location is perfect, right on the beach with an amazing view. The unit looks like the pictures, with the only exception that the 2 spare bedrooms have external windows to the open hallway. I don’t think there were any pictures in the listing that accurately showed this.
