Welcome to Majestic Towers 1-1302 a stunning 4 bedroom, 3 bath GULF FRONT condo located on the 13th floor. An open floor plan promotes togetherness, and the floor-to-ceiling windows help to fully unwind with some of the best sunset views. The chef in your group will love the fully equipped kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, then gather around the dining table that seats 6 with additional seating at the bar. Unwind after a day at the beach with a movie night in the living room on the flat screen tv or with your favorite beverage of choice on the balcony breathing in the salt air. The master suite features balcony access, a king bed, and en suite with a garden tub and walk-in shower. The first guest room features a king bed, the second guest room features 2 queen beds, and the third guest room has twin over full bunkbeds, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room this spacious condo sleeps up to 13 guests. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Vehicle Registration is required before arrival. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1 and 2 bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3 bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2 bedroom units.

Built-in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot for active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoor pools, one including a kiddie pool, or get out of the sun and relax inside one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one-stop shop. Spa services are also available at a set rate. This property truly offers something for everyone!

My family an I had a great stay at the majestic tower. Would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful views

Check in was smooth and easy. Make sure to park in the loading dock of the 3rd floor to unload. Security is always present but kind and strict, wear your wristbands at all times! The condo needs some updates and is missing the kerig but everything else you need is there. The balcony and the ciews are were the beat part! Overall our stay was amazing and comfortable!

Great place!

This place is pretty amazing. The views cannot be beat. The resort has 2 awesome indoor, heated pools - perfect for winter. There are a bunch of hot tubs, so you can’t go wrong. Grocery stores are practically walking distance. Really great place for folks that need 4 bedrooms. 4th bedroom is small, but it gets the job done since it has doors and isn’t one of those hallway bunkrooms.

Getaway

From checking in to checking out our stay was perfect. The Majestic had everything you could need. Coffee and essentials were sold in the store on main floor. Parking was easy and very secure with security. They even had a theater. Tennis court on garage structure roof. The many pools and spas were all clean and well kept. I don’t remember the building or elevators not clean . The unit we stayed in was one of the best units we have ever stayed in. Well stocked and very clean.

Great Condo! Great Location! We came down for a beach wedding, we couldn't not have picked a better place to stay. We will definitely look for this place for our next stay. We loved the indoor and outdoor pool as well as the bar/restaurant

Property was as advertised

Great view of the ocean, 3 of the 4 rooms were good size. The 4th was sufficient since we stuck the kids in there. Management team provided all we needed and was responsive. Elevators were good for the most part, we didn't have to wait too long when heading to the beach. I would stay here again.

What a relaxing therapeutic stay we had. I love this Resort.

I loved this apartment it was so clean and WOW the view was beautiful. This was perfect for our little family weekend getaway. The elevators were also super fast!! I have nothing bad to say.
