Welcome to Majestic Beach Towers 1-1210. This beautiful 2 bed 2 bath condo has brand new wood-look tile throughout the living and sleeping areas, new tile within the kitchen and bathrooms, and fabulous gulf views from the 12th floor. Unwind in the master which features a comfortable king bed with en suite. Guests will find a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, which allows this unit to sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. The GULF FRONT balcony is the perfect spot to relax and take in the evening sunsets. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to make delectable meals. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Built in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot for active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoor pools, one includes a kiddie pool, or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one stop shop. Spa services are also available at a set rate. This property truly offers something for everyone!

Vehicle Registration is required before arrival. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1 and 2 bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3 bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2 bedroom units.

Overall we had a wonderful stay for 7 days would recommend staying there just for the location alone.

The Location is perfect. Right on the beachfront. Plenty of pool space. Room was being repaired at check in for big hole in the wall behind front door with a big patch. Coffee pot was dirty and some utensils were dirty. Bathroom sink kept stopping up. Parking across the street and luggage loading and unloading was a hassle.

What an amazing condo! Wish we could have stayed longer. Everything we needed to make our meals in the stocked kitchen. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning listening to the waves and a perfect location to view the sunset in the evening. Very comfortable and well decorated and we enjoyed having lots of space to spread out! Would love to stay again!

Fantastic location.

The location is perfect, and the apartment was fantastic. What would improve the stay, in my opinion, is an air fryer in the kitchen and blackout curtains in the bedroom. That's it. It was hard to rest because the bedroom does not have dark curtains.

staff and security were great felt very safe to stay with family! loved the location and the fact that there are several swimming options indoor outdoor and hot tubs! the only complaint was elevators every other day one was broke so there was always just one running.

Loved everything about it. The rooms were cleaned. The staff was nice. Location was great. The communication could have been better. After we figured it out and the frustration we found out all the communication was going through an email that booking.com created for us. We had no idea. It took like an hour to figure out parking. We didn’t have our information to get into the rooms until we texted the number and talked to someone about an hour later. Also we had to hunt the trash bin so a letter where it was at would have been nice also. Because we got soaked looking for it because it rained the whole time we was there. Other than that. I loved it

Great experience

We enjoyed our stay in 1-1210. The management company was quick to respond when we had an issue with one of the toilets. Our only complaint is housekeeping was knocking on the door at 7:30 am the day we checked out even though check out time was 10:00 am. She waited outside in the hallway until we actually left which was awkward.

I would start by saying that the location is very close to the beach and very accessible. The good part is once you are down the elevators you are pretty much on the beach in few steps…the view to ocean was great.. There is some noise which you can hear as the bedrooms are next to road as well as access porch so nothing unexpected but to be aware of. Rooms are spacious. Some of the furniture can be upgraded and it would help to have a small dinning table. But nothing that I would worry much about. ultimately a great location and plenty of space and that’s why I would recommend this place.
