Majestic Beach Towers 1-1014 is a 1 bedroom 1 bath Gulf Front condo that offers 10th floor breathtaking views of the emerald waters and sugar white sand beaches. This unit features a California king bed in the master suite and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to comfortably accommodate 4 guests. With a fully equipped kitchen, eating area, and a spacious living room layout that opens up to a huge balcony overlooking the Gulf, and a washer/dryer for your convenience you won’t want to leave. Majestic Beach Resort has five pools, three hot tubs, a movie theater with stadium seating, tennis courts, spa and a deli market with a Starbucks. Built in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot with active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoors pools, one includes a kiddie pool or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one stop shop. Spa services are also available at a set rate. This property truly offers something for everyone!

Vehicle Registration is required before arrival. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1 and 2 bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3 bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2 bedroom units.

Dillard’s, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, Forever 21 are but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Rum Runners Tropical Grill, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.

Shipwreck Island is less than 2 miles away and is great fun for the kids! Try Pirate's Plunge, Treetop Drop or the White-knuckle Rapids.

I had an amazing stay at this beachfront condo in Panama City Beach, FL! The location truly couldn’t be better — just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views right from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the condo was an unforgettable experience.
The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and having direct beach access made it incredibly convenient.
Communication with the host was smooth and easy — they were friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway in PCB. Already looking forward to my next trip back!

Great place! View was beautiful. Food and bars within a few miles. Only thing is that there are only 4 elevators on the property, 1 was broken when we stayed. The lines get pretty long and the wait times can be annoying, but other then that we had a great time!

Everything was great, floors needed to be mopped and the master bed was very uncomfortable. RealJoy reached out a few days before our stay letting us know maintenance would be fixing the dishwasher during our stay. Could definitely use extra blankets and pillows in the condo.

Amazing!!!!

We loved everything about this condo, but the one thing that stood out the most was it cleanliness. It felt like being at home. Everything was was crisp and clean even the balcony, and that in itself is a plus. I love how the condo was decorated it was quite lovely. It had everything we needed for our visit. Hats off to the owner and their cleaning crew. If I could rent this same condo on my every visit I would. Felt so much like home.
