This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. Very peaceful and wonderful master bedroom mattress. (Would love to know the name brand). We had great response time with any questions beforehand with employees. I loved that there were not any clocks in the condo. Time was not important for once. I loved that it was so clean, fully stocked kitchen and loved the beach service. Very relaxing, and enjoyable. Great accommodations. We will definitely return again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Our first Airbnb experience and it was a hit!! We LOVED the space! It was exactly as described and just what we needed. Amazing lighting throughout whether cooking or relaxing at night with a glass of wine and a movie. Loved the balcony for late night chats with the sound of the waves and a perfect view. Plenty of space, kitchen was stocked with what we needed to prep dinner, and the check in and check out process was so easy! We will definitely be back!!

What a great weekend get away! The location is prime. The beach was steps away from the front door. Restaurants and coffee shops near by. The amenities are modern and the unit layout has such a lovely design. We will return!

We enjoyed our stay! The space is super cute inside. Everyone on the property/area was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed having a view of the beach and how easy it was to walk there. Everything was a close drive away. We’re definitely coming back! ( P.S. do take some TP if you’re staying longer than 1 roll lol)

This place was even more amazing than expected!! Loved how modern it was decorated and everything was brand new looking!! All furniture was very comfortable, everything worked well. Highly recommend, cool private property with security which we loved. 2 min walk to the beach and such awesome views when hanging on the patio! The kitchen was more than we could have asked for, you could make massive meals here if you wanted! Will for sure be back, not to mention the communication was perfect! Thanks!!!

We have been coming to Destin for the last 30 years. We absolutely loved this unit. It was stock with everything you need in the kitchen. The beds were super comfortable. The view from the balcony was nice. We will definitely be staying in this unit again and would recommend it to friends and family.

The unit was very nice and clean. Could see the ocean from our balcony. Just steps from the beach! Only problem was the instructions to find the unit said building 3, but unit 441 was in the 4th building. It took some time to find the correct room, but well worth finding!

Beautiful location and great amenities. The beach chairs and umbrella access were great. Beach was incredible! Wish we didn't have to buy more paper towels and toilet paper but we knew in advance that there was no additional stock. Beds and furniture were very cozy and view was lovely! Quiet area and within 10-20 minute drive to most Destin boat rentals, restaurants, etc. Loved our stay and will come back to Miramar again! Thank you RealJoy!

We had a wonderful vacation! The pool was just fantastic and we enjoyed it very much. The house was very specious and Matt, the property manager was very easy to reach and he responded to our questions within no time. Thank you Matt!

The property was great. It had a nice view of the water on a channel. Rooms were nice though a few things could use a little updating. We did have a few issues during our stay but the management company was right on them and very helpful. The house was missing a few things that would have helped - in the kitchen it did not have any spices, tin foil etc but did have plenty of cooking and serving items. Also a few games at the location would have been nice. The house overall is great and we would recommend it. It is also set up nicely to host a little gathering or to have friends/ family over for a BBQ and Pool party! I loved having the Peloton in the house (You do need to have your own subscription). One other note, the downstairs bedroom does not have a closet but it does have several drawers. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful home in a lovely part of Delray beach that was perfect for our family vacation. This is the second time I have rented from Brampton Park, and they are wonderfully responsive and helpful before and throughout our stay.

Everything went smoothly and all the personnel was really helpful. The house was clean and cozy and the area was nice and quiet. We had a great time and especially spent a lot of time in the pool area. The facilities work perfectly for three couples. The only minus we had was that we hadn't noticed in advance that 2 bedrooms shared one bathroom and the bed in the downstairs bedroom was narrow for two adults. The house was well equipped and all appliances worked well - the grill was especially good. We only wished for more drinking glasses, otherwise the equipment was very good.

We stayed a month and really enjoyed ourselves. The home is very comfortable with a great outdoor area. Being on the canal was an added benefit- we had fun kayaking on the Intracoastal. The location was very convenient for errands, groceries etc. Just a short drive to the beach and town. The Brampton Park team was amazing; super responsive, accommodating and friendly.

We had an amazing time at this property!! There were some days we didn’t even leave the house. With the pool and the outdoor seating no need to leave! We grilled out somedays it was a perfect way to relax and just hang out as a family. The location of this place was perfect it was close to everything; grocery stores, Atlantic Avenue, the ocean and so much more. We will for sure be coming back!!!

What a beautiful house! We had a few hiccups, but everything was seen to and we got quick responses from the property management team. Beds are super comfy and the appliances are all top of the line, make it easy to never leave the house. The beaches are a short drive, maybe 5 minutes, and Atlantic Avenue offers so much to do, eat and buy (very nice boutiques and galleries). Delray is one of the nicest little beach towns I have visited and we plan on returning, one day!

The photo's really don't do it justice - master suite is a great size and the upstairs deck is perfect for morning coffee ! Being on a wide stretch of the intracoastal gives a lot more privacy than other homes I have stayed at on the water. Neighborhood is quiet and the street is a cul-de-sac so very little traffic. Check in / out was smooth as silk, as is always the case when I've stayed using this management company.

We stayed in this house for 2 weeks in early 2019 - what a great vacation! My wife and i stayed the whole time and our kids and grand kids came and stayed for a week also. The house is very well laid out - it never felt cramped even with all of our kids and grandkids there at one time. We spent most of the time in the kitchen and the sitting area, as well as in the pool. The location and area is just right for reaching Atlantic Ave and the waterway the home is on is very wide, so there is plenty of privacy. Booking and getting access to the house was extremely easy. We have stayed with this management company a few times before and they have always been fantastic.
