Welcome to Mainsail 441, a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo nestled in the heart of Miramar Beach. Recently updated, this condo boasts a spacious living and dining area, along with breathtaking partial gulf views from the balcony. Enjoy preparing meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the guest bedroom offers a cozy queen-sized bed, accommodating up to 4 guests. Mainsail Resort is located on a beautiful 15-acre gulf-side family resort eight miles east of Destin and less than a mile from Sandestin. The complex is located just across Hwy 98 from Silver Sands Outlet and has 24-hour security. This luxury condominium boasts an array of amenities, you'll enjoy the 2 pools (one heated), hot tub, fitness center, sauna, kiddie pool, covered parking, courtesy patrol, wireless Internet access and meeting facilities. With its proximity to the Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall, golf, fine dining and a host of other activities, you will be guaranteed a fun-filled stay!

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. Several boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The location was perfect with a private beach access dock right down stairs. The room itself was beautiful, if this was not an air bnb a was an apartment I’d apply to live in it ! The layout, the furniture and decor. It was very comfortable while being so stylish and aesthetic. The balcony was my favorite part, sitting out there in the morning watching people walk down the beach, the calm waves , and even seeing dolphins, to at night watching the stars slowly start to appear. Definitely loved this air bnb and would recommend.

This unit is absolutely gorgeous and very clean. The location was perfect with the pool and beach so close. The beach chairs were such a nice touch! The view of the ocean was even better than we expected. We had a clear and beautiful view of the water right from our room and porch, hearing the sound of the waves. Coffee on the porch was perfect each morning. We ran into a few little issues along the way, but Sam and Devin were absolutely amazing to work with and so helpful. We enjoyed our stay overall and would stay here again.

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. Very peaceful and wonderful master bedroom mattress. (Would love to know the name brand). We had great response time with any questions beforehand with employees. I loved that there were not any clocks in the condo. Time was not important for once. This place was even more amazing than expected!! Loved how modern it was decorated and everything was brand new looking!! All furniture was very comfortable, everything worked well. Highly recommend, cool private property with security which we loved. 2 min walk to the beach and such awesome views when hanging on the patio! Beautiful location and great amenities. The beach chairs and umbrella access were great. Beach was incredible! Wish we didn't have to buy more paper towels and toilet paper but we knew in advance that there was no additional stock. Beds and furniture were very cozy and view was lovely!
