Everything was clean upon arrival and to our expectations. Our kids had a great time on the beach and in the pool we will definitely book again next summer!

Everything was perfect!! The views were beautiful. Our place was exactly as described and pictured! We are already planning our next stay with y’all!!! Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and we loved the 2 beach chairs provided on the beach!! It was a perfect vacay for our family!!

I rarely, if ever, feel that a listing is better than expected but this place certainly was. Incredibly clean and every amenity we could need for our stay. The building is also meticulously taken care of with ample space to relax and play. Convenient, covered parking, great private beach and perfect little baby pool made this stay 10/10.
Only downsides were their late late checkin and early checkout times with inability to adjust but it is what it is. Would still stay again!

The view and the location were excellent and at a wonderful price as well. There was some damage in the property unfortunately before we arrived, but it was not distracting, and nothing that would impact functionality in the property to any extent.

All of the above. True to pictures, had beach cart and everything that would be needed. Beach was gorgeous. ? Wasn’t a big deal at all but would be nice to have different sitting on balcony loved having the table but took up a lot of room. Would be cute have a little table and chairs French style than have a couple chairs. But like I said no big deal. ?

We have stayed at the Mainsail several times. Great location, excellent pricing. Our unit had 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. The second bedroom had 4 bunk beds which was perfect for our crew. Condo was very spacious. There was a closet full of items we could use on the beach. The ice maker was not working so we called and they came that day to fix it. Great stay!

Perfect beach getaway, steps from the pool and beach. Balcony has view of ocean and front door has view of pool and ocean. Absolutely loved having access to chairs and umbrella at beach. Additional bonus, a wagon full of beach toys, pool noodles and extra beach chairs. This place had everything we needed. Definitely would stay again!

I booked a last minute trip for myself, daughter, and my father. It was the best relaxing weekend at the beach that I’ve ever had!!! Condo was exactly like the pictures online. I’m glad I had even the partial beach view from the balcony. I would absolutely book this condo again!

Great location. Pool right outside, we could see the ocean from our room. Short walkway to the beach. Ocean is clear blue, sand white and soft. The Place was clean and comfortable.

This was a great and Spacious condo to stay in. Was better then what the pictures shown. Also was a short walk to the beach , pool and hot tub. You do have to walk a little further to the heated pool but not bad. It would be nice if they would replace there frying pans and get more spoons? But that would be our only complaints. Definitely would rent this condo again!

We decided to get away and avoid crowds for Mardi Gras break and we found the perfect place. A very nice property and neighborhood. Calm, quiet and peaceful and close to the beach. There was some construction noise some times but we understand they are doing renovations to such a beautiful place. The heated pool was great, people in the area were friendly and courteous and the hot tub looked great even though we did not go in. The beach was beautiful every single day but the water is still cold but we still enjoyed just tanning by the beach, listening to the waves and watching the sunset. The unit was well equipped and clean. The view from our balcony was nice and we had no inconveniences to find what we needed nearby. Also, having Silver Sand Premium Outlet was a plus. The ONLY thing it could have been better was the check in experience. I was confident I would get the email around 8 am like it was notified with the check in access info but it didn’t. So we had to call several times while on our way and leave a message to call back. Also texted on the app for answers. Eventually we got the info and had no issues to get in the unit. Once instructions and info were shared it was just easy to follow along. We left the place as impecable as found. We will for sure come back next time.

This property was perfectly located right on the beach in Miramar Beach! Silver Sands shopping and Starbucks are just across the street, and there’s tons of restaurants to choose from in the area. Winn Dixie grocery store is conveniently located within a mile as well for all of your needs. The condo itself was super nice and clean. My family really enjoyed themselves here!! We cannot wait to rent this property again for our next vacation!!

Check in was easy peasy. The location was great and room was exactly as pictured. We loved the pool and jacuzzi access as well. The beach was very close and that was so awesome! Will definitely return again.

The Mainsail Property is excellent if traveling with family. Very close to the beach and a great pool area. The condo itself was very clean, spacious for a family of 5, including teenagers. Exceptionally friendly and helpful property management team.

The location was perfect. Easy beach access which was a must with the children. Response time from the owner was immediate. The only issue we had was the cleaning crew was running late from the previous renters; however, the owner was instantly communicating with us when we reached out.
