Please Note: The resort will begin renovations to the Sports Deck starting April 7, 2026, with some preparatory work already underway. Guests may notice occasional daytime noise or construction activity in this area. Parking remains available but may be slightly busier at times. All other amenities, including beach access and pools, remain open unless otherwise noted. We appreciate your understanding as the resort works to enhance future guest experiences.

Mainsail 331 is ideally located just a short walk to the beach in the heart of Miramar Beach. This lovely condo has over 1200sq.ft. of living space with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably, there are two twins together to make a king in the master bedroom, and two twin bunk beds in the guest bedroom. This recently updated condo features a spacious living and dining area, granite countertops in the kitchen, tile flooring throughout, and stunning partial gulf views from the balcony. Mainsail Resort is located on a beautiful 15-acre gulf-side family resort eight miles east of Destin and less than a mile from Sandestin. The complex is located just across Hwy 98 from Silver Sands Outlet and has 24 hour security. This luxury condominium boasts an array of amenities, you'll enjoy the 2 pools (one heated), hot tub, fitness center, sauna, kiddie pool, covered parking, courtesy patrol, wireless Internet access and meeting facilities. With its close proximity to the Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall, golf, fine dining and a host of other activities, you will be guaranteed a fun-filled stay!

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Our family had an amazing time during our stay! We were able to relax whether on the beach or in the condo. My husband fell in love with the recliner and our son thought 'Sharkpedia' was a "cool read." I loved that the unit had not only books, but board games for family engagement. The unit was spotless and well-stocked with a great view of the water. The host was very kind and available 24/7 if needed. 10/10, we DO recommend!

Had a great 7 day stay. Never had any issues so I never reached out to them. I received messages from them the day of my check in, quite a few times during the week and the day of check out. I rarely, if ever, feel that a listing is better than expected but this place certainly was. Incredibly clean and every amenity we could need for our stay. The building is also meticulously taken care of with ample space to relax and play. Convenient, covered parking, great private beach and perfect little baby pool made this stay 10/10. Only downsides were their late late checkin and early checkout times with inability to adjust but it is what it is. Would still stay again!

All of the above. True to pictures, had beach cart and everything that would be needed. Beach was gorgeous. Wasn’t a big deal at all but would be nice to have different sitting on balcony loved having the table but took up a lot of room. Would be cute have a little table and chairs French style than have a couple chairs. But like I said no big deal. 😊

We have stayed at the Mainsail several times. Great location, excellent pricing. Our unit had 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. The second bedroom had 4 bunk beds which was perfect for our crew. Condo was very spacious. There was a closet full of items we could use on the beach. The ice maker was not working so we called and they came that day to fix it. Great stay!
