This luxury condominium boasts an array of amenities, you'll enjoy the 2 pools (North Pool and Hot tub are heated year round), hot tub, fitness center, sauna, kiddie pool, covered parking, courtesy patrol, wireless Internet access, and meeting facilities. Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. The center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club for the high-end shopper. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef, Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Wonderful!
We had the best mini girls trip this July! The chair service is a must have, but they weren’t set up until 9am so just be ready to claim your spot because they fill up quick! The unit was clean and had everything we needed!

Super close to the beach - you just come down the elevator and hit the boardwalk to the sand.

Though well-loved, this condo was very clean, and that makes a place near and dear to my heart! Great balcony with nice furniture that affords a fabulous view of the beach, which was great when afternoon rainstorms came through because we could retreat to the balcony and still see the glorious view. The beach and water were pristine and gorgeous - could not have been better. The building puts out chairs and umbrellas in the morning, but one thing we learned is that the front row facing the water are reserved for owners, not renters, who get to sit in the "U" formations. If you want to be close to the water, you have to get down there pretty early (before 7!) to claim the front seats in the "U" - just something to be aware of! The towels/linens were not the most luxurious, but that was ok as our main mission was to be on the beach all day. 10 min. walk to Surf Hut restaurant on the beach, 30 min. drive to Alys/Rosemary, and right across from great outlets if you have a rainy day!
