Mainsail 213 is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located a short walk to Miramar Beach! This lovely condo has upgraded tile floor throughout, new furniture, appliances, washer/dryer, electrical, sliding door and windows. Sleeping accomodations include 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, including a king bed in the master suite, a king bed in the guest bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably! Enjoy the large balcony with stunning views of the Gulf and the community pool, accessible from the living room or master suite. The balcony has stairs that lead down to the ground for direct access to the beach and pool. Come see why Mainsail 213 is a favorite beach destination!
This property is located on a beautiful 15-acre gulf-side family resort eight miles east of Destin and less than a mile from Sandestin. This luxury condominium boasts an array of amenities, you'll enjoy the 2 pools (North Pool and Hot tub are heated year round), hot tub, fitness center, sauna, kiddie pool, covered parking, courtesy patrol, wireless Internet access and meeting facilities. With its close proximity to the Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall, golf, fine dining and a host of other activities, you will be guaranteed a fun-filled stay!

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Relaxing Family Vacation
We stayed for 5 nights at the end of August. We had no problems. The condo was as expected. Great location. Quick walk to pool and beach. Beautiful sunrises/sunsets. We brought our own beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, etc. Great family vacation.

Loved the location and the facility. The steps going off the balcony to go down to the beach were perfect, no waiting for the elevator! Only problem I ran into was umbrella and chairs did not come with the unit. That was an additional $200.00 onto our stay. That could be my mistake. I looked at so many different locations that did offer that extra.

Perfect view, perfect location
One of the best condos at Mainsail when it comes to location. We’ve stayed in 13 different condos over the past 20 years at Mainsail. The only thing I suggest for this condo is more hand towels(there was one) and more hooks to hang certain thinks on. For instance, my parent’s condo has a wall hanging by the door with hooks for jackets.

Great trip and location
We loved our trip and the white sands and pool were in great walking distance. Made it easy for enjoying our time and relaxing with the conveniences close by with shopping. Few recommendations just for future stay. Have some Tupperware available for kitchen for our left overs. A few of the bathroom fixtures master bath need to be secured to wall better and water pressure in master bath improved. Maybe have some beach towels available if beach chair service is not part of rental. Overall we loved the location and beach life.

The location of this condo was nice because it was so close to the beach. The staff who let us in each time was friendly. The elevators were a bit run down though. They said they were gonna do construction which was fine but they were suppose to start at 8 but ended up started earlier.

Fabulous Condo
This condo was extremely clean, the beds were so comfortable and the location was perfect. The best part was the view from the balcony and the short walk to the beach. We will definitely stay here again!!!
There are chairs and umbrellas put out daily for a fee. Awnings and other umbrellas can be put out the second row.

Fantastic beach weekend
Very much enjoyed our 4 day weekend at this beautiful property. The condo had everything we needed and check in/out was a breeze. The real highlight was the beach, though - this unit has its own set of stairs off the back patio (which had an amazing view) down to the boardwalk. Once on the beach, there were chairs and umbrellas set up for guests of the complex on a first come/first serve basis. The water is incredible, only a few feet deep for at least 100 feet from the shore, warm and crystal clear. We alternated between lounging on the chairs in the sand and floating in the ocean for hours on end. Truly paradise.
The unit is also close to the grocery store and a few restaurants, and the beach is very walkable. Our only minor complaints were that the pull out bed appeared to have not been cleaned, the lock on the living room sliding door was broken (they had a wooden beam you could put down on the track instead), and we could not find a key for the bedroom sliding door. So the private steps were a bit useless since we could not lock up going that way.
Overall though, we are definitely looking to stay here again!

Really enjoyed being right on beach. Had plenty of cookware to prepare meals with. Liked having washer and dryer in unit. Great atmosphere to hang out with family. When had questions, someone got back quickly and was nice.
