Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

First time in this condo, will definitely stay again!! We had an issue with the dishwasher that was resolved quickly! The outside balcony light wasn't working and we couldn't ever figure out the master bedroom remotes to get the TV to work, but everything else was great!!

We stayed at Mainsail 142. We were very pleased with our stay. The view is awesome! We were pleased with condition of the condo. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant, comfortable stay. Just take a few steps from the ground floor elevator or stairs and you are on the beach. We would definitely love to stay there again.

This was a great place to stay for our family vacation. The view was amazing. Quick 2 minute walk from room till your toes are in the sand. Had all the amenities that we needed for our stay. My only concern that I had was that they had just sprayed for pest control and there were a few dead small roaches when we arrived but never saw any more after first day and they even came back to re-spray for extra measure. Very glad we stayed here and will definitely consider using this location again when we come back.

Awesome! Loved the property and will come back.

Access to beach was awesome and was not to crowded despite being an 8 floor condo. Was the reason we chose the property. Condo was comfortable and had everything we needed and expected. View was awesome. Would highly recommend to a friend. The chair and umbrella rental/usage was confusing and there was no clear information in regards to chairs/umbrellas in the booking or in the information in the room. For $3000 it seems we would get the Chairs included and not have to pay another $43 per day for two chairs and an umbrella. We have stayed at other properties in Florida and this was the most jacked up chair arrangement I have seen. Especially when the chair boy comes stolling buy and demands his money while he stands there and looks at you. Kinda felt like I was being robbed at the beach. Additionally the parking was jacked. The booking says we got two parking spots. Luckily we just had one car, but we still had to park in the grass each night. Lastly the traffic in and around Destin is awful. Might have been the time of year we went, but 30 minutes to go 3 miles is harsh.

Best location in destin will stay at pelican beach again. RealJoy people were the best have ever dealt with keep you informed about everything moved me from mainsail to pelican bay condos when the first hurricane hit Everything was great I highly recommend real joy My trip insurance was not but $55 for four days thanks again real joy

Mainsail 142 was a perfect beach experiece for our family of 4 - the unit was quiet and comfortable.

142 was a beautiful unit, close and convenient to the beach, well furnished and equiped. Comfortable, safe, and easy with the electronic door lock. Getting on and off the property was hindered quite a bit by the highway construction going on throughout Destin at the time of our stay.
