Located in the heart of Miramar Beach, this condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, including a King bed in the Master Bedroom, and a Full over Full Bunkbeds in the Guest Bedroom, sleeping up to 4 guests comfortably! With a washer and dryer for your convenience and granite countertops throughout the unit, it will be sure to leave a lasting impression. The condo also has a separate bar area for preparing your favorite cocktails! At the end of a fun-filled day with the family go gather on the beach and watch the spectacular sunsets. This property is located on an incredible stretch of beach, eight miles east of Destin and less than a mile from Sandestin and features a beautiful 15-acre gulf-side family resort. This luxury condominium boasts an array of amenities, you'll enjoy the 2 pools (the North Pool and Hot tub are heated year-round), hot tub, fitness center, sauna, kiddie pool, covered parking, courtesy patrol, wireless Internet access and meeting facilities. With its close proximity to the Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall, golf, fine dining, and a host of other activities, you will be guaranteed a fun-filled stay!

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation devices when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Our stay was wonderful! The house was in the perfect location—right at the beach. We loved being able to sit on the deck in the mornings with our coffee while taking in the most amazing view of the ocean. The home was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Exactly as advertised! Beautiful condo, very clean, literally steps from the beach. It was so great to walk out the door, go over a handful of stairs and be directly on the beach. The views from the large patio were gorgeous! Would definitely book again!

Can't beat the location

When you walk out of the room and turn right you on the steps walking to beach. I have never stayed so close. It is about equal distance from the beach or the pool, so you get the best of both. The condo was great and had everything that we needed for a great vacation.

Gorgeous view and a gorgeous condo

We absolutely loved this condo! The beach view from the patio is even better than the pictures show. The space was clean and inviting, and overall wonderful. We have stayed in the Mainsail before, in a different unit, and will definitely be coming back to this one. It’s so close to the beach that it’s perfect for those beach days and allows you to come back to the unit for lunch (or whatever) with complete convenience.
