Unwind in the living room on comfortable furniture and flat screen TV after a long day at the beach. A fully equipped kitchen provides the chef of the group to whip up delectable meals or enjoy one of the many near by restaurants. When it’s time to call it a day, you’ll find a king guest bedroom and an additional guest room with Twin over Twin Bunks with a twin trundle to comfortably sleep 7. Parking for 4. Lyndell Beach Cottage is located in the central part of Panama City Beach. It is a great quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the beach. It is also located just minutes to Pier Park.

When we arrived we discovered that the guest room with two twin over bunks only had one twin over bunk. I called realjoy and they jumped on the issue immediately helping us with a temporary solution for the night so we had enough beds. And the next day they worked hard on a solution to the issue which they came through with. Their customer service was amazing!! The house was perfect, super close to the beach and activities. We will definitely book with realjoy again in the future. Thanks for an amazing vacation.

Exactly what i was look for

Everything was good and perfect as far as the property. Nothing wrong with the house or nothing that has to do with the property but the next door house appears to be occupied by younger group. Probably college kids that would be up all night drunk and screaming.

Short walk to the beach. Easy distance to tote your stuff. Just bring some box fans. The two smaller bedrooms do not have fans in them.

Exceptional

The house was really nice and did not really have any issues. The only thing was not everyone grills in the day light and the grill is face away from the light.. maybe another light for the grill would be nice. Over all we really enjoyed our stay.

Convenient location

The location is great! We will definitely stay there again. My family and I had a great trip. We was able to walk to the beach, pier to fish, eat, shop and play. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and safe.

Great stay close to the beach

The only thing I would rate down was cleanliness. Needed the vacuum ran a little better as I found lots of long hairs by the master bathroom sink. It was super close to the beach and within walking to a souvenir shop. Beautiful home with great backyard for small gatherings and outdoor shower for after the beach. So great.
