This inviting 4-bedroom, 3-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests and offers spacious indoor and outdoor areas designed for relaxing and making memories. Step inside to a bright, open living space where comfortable furnishings provide plenty of room for family and friends to gather and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to prepare meals with ease, along with a large island and seating for five—perfect for casual dining or morning coffee.

The first floor includes a guest bedroom with a queen bed and convenient access to a shared bathroom. This room also opens to the back porch, where you’ll find a BBQ grill and outdoor seating—ideal for evening cookouts and relaxing after a day at the beach.

Upstairs, the master suite offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A cozy coffee station with a Keurig is located on the landing, making it easy to start your mornings right. The second guest bedroom features a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and access to a private balcony overlooking the backyard. The third guest bedroom is a fun bunk room with a full-over-twin bed and access to a large balcony—perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze. A shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination completes the second floor. The Old Blue Mountain Beach Community is located in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach. Tucked in between the tranquil Big Redfish Lake and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, the Old Blue Mountain Beach community is conveniently located. You’ll be within a couple of blocks of Redfish Village with shops and restaurants, bike and surf rentals and other conveniences. Don’t forget to walk over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for a homemade scoop! Enjoy the beautiful sugar white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Explore Redfish Lake, one of the few coastal dune lakes in the world. Come and see for yourself what makes Blue Mountain Beach and the 30A area so special!

Area Attractions:
This is a fantastic location with Gulf Place Town Center only 2 miles to the West and Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach just minutes away to the East. Biking is a great activity to enjoy as the scenic bike path meanders along 30A.  Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back!

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous. There are activities for everyone: kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
