What a fantastic stay in beautiful Blue Mountain Beach! Lucky Snapper is a great home with an amazing location. Beach access, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. The house was comfortable and well stocked for our 6 nights. The property manager was quick to respond with any questions. The golf cart was fantastic and really added to our trip. Highly reccomend this home. We can't wait to return!

The Lucky Snapper was a nice place to stay. It felt comfortable and had all the amenities we were looking far. The neighborhood was quiet, with plenty of parking for 3 cars and the golf cart as well. Maintenance on details was a little slack but we still enjoyed the stay. The location and house made our vacation memorable.

The house is beautiful and the golf cart is an added bonus! Myself and my closest 10 friends enjoyed a weekend together and there was ample sitting room & spaces for sleeping. The pull out couch was actually super comfy! The only issue we had was that the ice maker didn’t produce much ice, so we got ice from the nearby gas station. Overall.. 10/10 stay!

We had a great stay. The fenced in backyard patio is off the covered porches on the rear. We found it peaceful and a great place to relax after going to the beach for the day. Home was well furnished and has everything we needed including the golf cart.

Travelled here with my 3 children and we had a wonderful time. The property is in beautiful condition, very spacious and has everything you need in a vacation home. The use of the Golf Cart was terrific to access local spots and the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The hosts were incredibly responsive to any communications and I would highly recommend a stay with them. Highly likely to use a Forever Rental again.

House was very cozy and close to the beach. Our group of six was quite comfortable during our one week stay. The included amenities made it convenient for us to cook meals for everyone. Finally, the included gold cart was an incredible bonus. It made getting us and all of our gear down to the public beach access much easier.

This stay was one of the only times the house actually looked bigger and better in person rather than the photos! The house was well stocked with towels and extra pillows. The king bed was so comfy and soft, no squeaky mattress! The included golf cart worked great and was the icing on the cake for the booking at this price point. There’s a cute coffee/smoothie shop just a couple minutes walk away and beach access a few minute drive away. It would be far to walk with beach gear. It’s worth mentioning is there is no dining table, but the kitchen bar has lots of stools so it wasn’t a problem. Thanks for the great stay!

We had a short but great stay. Everything was terrific. There was only some confusion on use of the golf cart as it indicated it was included in listing but there was conflicting information. Once it was clarified promptly I was told we needed to sign the agreement which was not posted anywhere. Apparently they messaged me in app promoting for my email to send it but unfortunately I missed the message. It was odd because my profile has email. I did think the cleaning fee was excessive but it is what it is. Regardless we paid the fee and used our car and made it work. It was my fault for not being attentive to the messages. I would highly recommend the property.

The home and location were both amazing. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed during our stay. Including all kitchen utensils and appliances. We were close to everything. Walking distance to coffee and ice cream shop. A golf cart ride to the beach and very short driving distance to Seaside. Communication was prompt and check in was very convenient. We will definitely stay here again if we return in the future.

We found the house to be clean and what we needed for a great stay. We rented the golf cart for ease of travel to the beach and restaurants close by. No issues with the property and plenty of space for six of us. The bikes were not really functional as all but one of the bikes had flat tires and would not hold air. Wifi was good and everything was as advertised.

This house is outstanding. It is just as described and was very comfortable for 11 of us. The only downside was the location to the beach. The beach that you have access to is a minimum 15 minute walk. We used a pick up truck to shuttle people and our beach stuff back-and-forth so it was not bad. If you’re going to use the public beach you’re gonna wanna get out early in the morning and mark a spot as it gets full very quick.

This house was a great stay for our girls trip. Would definitely recommend paying for the golf cart usage as the 0.7 mile walk to beach can be a lot with carrying chairs & coolers. Quiet street, close by to Blue Mountain Ice Cream & lots of space within the house to stretch out. Would definitely book here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house’s aesthetic is modern and clean but also cozy and comfortable. The house was impeccably clean, and very well decorated. We felt so comfortable staying at this house. Our kiddos loved having a tv in their rooms. The back deck was perfect for hanging out and reading or lounging around and visiting. The kitchen is HUGE with ample counter space. While we only stayed here with our immediate family of 4 we plan to stay here again with extended family. The staff was prompt and very helpful when we encountered a problem with the front door lock. They immediately sent out someone (on a holiday) to attend to the problem and even called the next day to confirm the problem had been solved. The only thing I would say needs improvement or maybe attention would be the wireless internet. We encountered a few periods of the internet being down or sluggish. However I believe this is noted in the contract and didn’t detract from our wonderful stay. We can’t wait to come back!!

Great location and down from all of the crowds. Easy beach access. House is beautiful and plenty big enough. Only issue was sand in the sheets in one of the beds upon arrival. Large fee for housecleaning so sheets should undoubtedly be clean otherwise I would have given it five stars all around. Manager quickly responded and rectified that issue. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back!
