Welcome to Long Beach Resort 1-105! The views from this amazing 1 bed/1 bath unit will blow you away! The spectacular floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to enjoy the view while relaxing in the living room or cooking in the kitchen. With a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa, and a twin sleeper sofa in the living room, this condo sleeps up to 5 people 4 comfortably! The amenities are plenty, with several pools to choose from. Long Beach is true Resort style. Long Beach Resort 1-105 is an excellent choice for a Panama City Beach getaway or a fun family vacation on the Gulf Coast.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Long Beach Resort is a beachfront condominium offering a variety of fantastic amenities for you to take advantage of during your getaway on the Gulf Coast. Take a dip in the lagoon-style community pool or lounge on the surrounding sundeck and soak up some sunshine. The resort also offers two additional Polynesian pools, a poolside bar and grill, a fitness center, and community barbecue grills for you to enjoy. Pier Park, containing a multitude of restaurants and shopping boutiques, is just a short drive away from your beach condo at Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach.

***Long Beach Resort will undergo exterior renovations from approximately August 18th, 2025, through March 2026. This essential work is being done to meet Florida safety requirements and includes repairs to walkways and building exteriors. While contractors will work to minimize disruption, the property will be an active construction site during this time. Guests may experience occasional noise, limited access to certain areas, and temporary changes to entryways. Beach access and condo entry will remain available throughout the project. We appreciate your understanding as the resort undergoes these important improvements. ***

This ground floor (slightly raised) was perfect! Ocean view from LR and bedroom! Coffee pot (found in closet) and a Keurig available. The rental company texted and emailed to let us know they were available for any problems, but we had no problems! Easy to get in and out of. I'd chose this place again!

The condo was perfect and I will definitely stay again. The pictures and description were spot on. The condo was very clean and felt like home. Being down during football season my big concern was the TVs but they turn out to be perfect size and I got all the games with the cable provided. If you are searching to a place to stay I highly recommend staying here.

We’ve stayed at this resort before but in a different unit. This one was just as perfect! Raised first floor makes it so easy to get to with just one flight of stairs, and the view is amazing. Watched dolphins from the balcony every single morning. Very clean and comfortable. The shower has the best water pressure! And Walmart being right accross the street makes it perfect to stock up on food and snacks for your stay. We love this location being on the quieter side of town, and will continue to visit Long Beach Resort each year!
