The first floor consists of three guest rooms, one with a king bed, a bedroom with a full bed, and a bedroom with two twin bunk beds and a twin trundle. The kitchen and living space is on the second floor, with the laundry room on the first floor. Rustic beams, a bright updated kitchen, and a wall of windows facing the gulf make for laid back beach ambiance. The third floor has a king master with a beachfront balcony and a guest room with a queen bed. Area Attractions:

This Miramar Beach locale is close to popular beachfront restaurants and friendly lively bars along Scenic Gulf Drive. It is within easy walking distance right down the beach to a palm lined boardwalk that parallels the shore in front of Seascape. Here you will find opportunities for all sorts of water sports including kayaking, surfing, parasailing, and jet skiing. Championship golf and tennis courts are also available at Seascape where Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive special rates. Nearby is a quaint beach side bar and restaurant known as The Whale's Tail that provides a perfect spot to grab a munch and your favorite frozen beverage. Other popular beachfront restaurants along Scenic Gulf Drive include The Surf Hut, Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's and The Crab Trap which are only minutes away by car. You may also go bargain shopping here at Silver Sands Premium Outlets which is the largest in the nation. Other restaurants, lively bars, specialty shopping and family amusements are also minutes away at Grand Boulevard as well as Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We’ll be back!

We had a great stay at The Little House on the Beach! Are there a few updates that can be made? Of course! But I’m pretty sure all of us have updates we need to make to our own houses! It was clean and we loved the location! Next time we would love to see more places to hang wet towels and swimsuits- with so many people and all the towels used it would be nice to have more places to hang things. Pots and pans, as other people have suggested, could be upgraded but still worked fine for what we needed. Back door was heavy, but helped keep little ones in. You have to lift it to get it to shut completely but kept my 2 yr old from escaping on her own! Would have liked a lock on the top master balcony sliding door. Just the locks like the downstairs sliding doors had would be great, just to keep a toddler from being able to go out on their own if they happened to make it up the stairs unattended. The master carpet needs replaced but so does mine in my house. We had a great stay there it and definitely hope we can be back in the future!!

Perfect Beach House

We loved our stay at this property. We walked right out the back door into the sandy beach. Perfect location with a coffee shop right across the street too! The beach was beautiful and private so it want too crowded. The beach house was older, which kept this property more affordable than the surrounding properties but you can see they have updated the furnishings and decor to make it feel nicer and newer. We would stay here again.

Great location

Property is a perfect and plenty of room for everybody. These are amazing. We can get extra chair service besides what provided with the hut to the right on the beach right across the street you can walk over to get your deer if you forgot it. The only thing we would recommend is that the property update some of their appliances, Minor ones like the toaster and the blender. The toaster could not without burning things and setting up smoke alarm. Literally like bottom would be charred black and the top wasnt even toasted. Blender is just kind of weak.

Great beach house!

Check in was easy! This is a great place to stay directly on the beach. The owners could update the pots and pans and the shower upstairs worked but the tub did not. Other than that it was great!

Wonderful stay

We had a great time and stay at Little House on the Beach! Overall our stay was comfortable very relaxing. Beautiful views of the ocean and right on beach! No real issues with our stay. Check in and check out was easy. There were stains on the furniture, but hey its a beach house. Also, we had some tub draining issues in the upstairs master bath, so owners may want to address that. We would definitely stay here again again!!!

Beautiful property right on the beach!

We had a lovely time in this beautiful house right on the beach! It was centrally located to everything we needed and walking distance to several places we enjoyed. We did not encounter any problems while we were there and had good communication with the Property Management before hand so we knew what was provided and what was not and check in was a breeze! The only suggestion would be that they provide beach towels as they are bulky to pack and the house is on the beach. Otherwise it was perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect home

This home was perfect for our cousins reunion. We loved the fact that we were able to hear the ocean ? waves at night and watch the sunrise and sunset everyday. Not everyone was up for sunrise lol. The only issue we had was there was no internet when we checked in but we told the propert manager an they got it handled right away and had internet the next morning. Overall a great experience I would definitely recommend to anyone who especially wants to stay on the beach. The private beach was a huge plus an being on the beach was awesome because we were able to go to the beach from 3-sunset every evening an not have to worry about packing up a car to go back home. If your looking for an easy beach vacation this is an awesome option.

Great townhouse!

I rented the Little House on the Beach for my family to stay for our wedding. It was perfect! They loved it! The rooms were furnished just as the pictures were on the website. Everyone loved their rooms and the living area/dining/kitchen are excellent and beautifully furnished. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Little House on the Beach

This house is in a prime location. Just walk down stairs and you're at the beach. We all found the house had plenty of room to relax, watch TV, or play games. There were some minor problems with a couple of drains in the bathrooms but those were not a problem with our stay. All in all, we all woould stay there again.

Great extended family spring break

This property was perfect for our family! The beach is literally a few steps from the house. We loved all the outdoor space in the balconies (had lots of meals outside) and the little shower at the edge of the property was perfect for washing sand off little feet. The inside of the house had lots of space for everyone to sprawl and be comfortable. All the bedrooms were nice and comfortable, and the kids loved the bunk room. Kitchen had all the things we needed to make dinners in. The street the house is on is very busy, but it was easy to walk to stores (and we highly recommend the coffee shop, winery, and pizza place just across the street!). We loved our stay and hope to come back soon!

New years at the Beach

Perfect location right on the beach! The master bedroom is great..loved waking up to the sound of the waves every morning. Quality and cleanliness of linens not so great. We lost power for a day due to the next door neighbors renovation but the property manager was good about checking in with us and compensating us for the day/night of darkness. All in all a great beach vacation!
