Lily Pad was amazing! The rental was spotless and had lots of space for our trip. The driveway is a tad small if you have a large car (we have a Tahoe) but that would not deter me from renting the house again!

We had the absolute best family vacation—Lily Pad is amazing! The location is perfect for getting anywhere in PC. We absolutely loved the neighborhood and felt totally comfortable letting the kids ride bikes around. The walkable restaurant/general store area was a favorite, and we’d love to stay again. I would’ve rated this stay 5 stars; however, I experienced several issues with RealJoy’s service and communication. I waited until the last day to leave a review, hoping for resolution, but one issue remains unresolved with no accountability. During our stay, they gave incorrect amenity codes and were slow to respond to early requests for help. To be fair, the key card system was being replaced that week (residents had issues too), but communication was subpar and the resolution process has been far too slow—still pending two weeks after our stay. Overall I would return, I just hope some tweaks are made to the caliber of hosting expected for money spent.

We had a wonderful time. It was our first trip to carillon beach and hope to make it an annual thing. I loved that it was gated and felt self letting my kids ride around on the golf cart in the little community.

We really enjoyed our vacation and our stay here in Carillon Beach. The home was comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. Absolutely great vacation place, the house, the beach the weather the area that is safe and feels like a resort with privacy yet friendly and just perfect ! Wish we could stay longer . I personally did not find any wrong or “a miss” and I traveled all around the world . Definitely recommend .
