Legacy 502 - Abalone

This townhome was in our favorite part of 30A, and we loved our stay. There was plenty of space for us (2 adults and 2 elementary aged kids), and we loved the balconies!
I very much appreciated the quiet hours; a landscaping company tried to start working at 7am one morning, but a quick reminder about quiet hours and they were happy to wait. Very kind!
One thing to note: the unit is the Legacy Townhomes, not the Legacy Condos. The pool closest to the beach in the photos is not available, and the beach directly in front of the unit is private. You will need to go to the right or left. We were lucky that the chair guy allowed us to stay, but he can’t rent chairs to you, and you have to be behind his chairs.
Also, the bunk bed room is very warm…there are two fans, but there is no thermostat, so it was slightly uncomfortable (but def tolerable).
Book nook was a huge hit! Master bed was comfy, and master shower is HUGE! We enjoyed the games, too.

Fantastic stay! The location is perfect for us: tucked between the busier Seaside and Alys stretches so it felt private and quiet but still very convenient to all the popular places we wanted to eat, shop, visit. The building was completed in 2001 but the unit was well-cared-for and updated with pretty and comfy furniture and beds. One note for anyone planning: this listing used to include beach chair & umbrella service but no longer does, though some units in the same complex building do include this service. I dug in and learned the HOA contracts with a 3rd party service for this and the contractor "claims" the stretch of beach right in front of the complex with their "Legacy" emblazoned chairs. So even though we were able to use the private boardwalk for the complex, we were asked to move down away from "their" beachfront to set up our own gear. Not a big deal, just a little baffling and embarrassed to be asked to move. But location was clean, safe, peaceful. We'll be back!!

Great! Clean! Beds were comfy. Good start up of supplies. Short walk to beach, a very quiet beach! Bikes were great. We had two adults, and three teen boys, great set-up. The bedroom downstairs was perfect for the boys to have their own space.

This townhouse is on the beach side of 30A and literally steps to the beach. There is a sea view from 2nd and 3rd floor balconies. The master and a twin loft is on third floor, living/kitchen on second and 2nd bedroom with a full bath is on first floor. The townhome was immaculate and the property manager was excellent. They provided clear instructions and were very responsive to any question I had. The kitchen was well equipped. The location in Seagrove Beach is perfect. Can ride bikes to restaurants, donut shop and more.

RealJoy's was an amazing place. The location so close to the beach is a winner. In addition, there are a few shower areas to clean the sand off the chair, toys, and body on the way back to the condo. The bikes that are included were such a hit, we were able to ride them to the food trucks. Also, Angelina's Pizza has amazing pizzas and salads and it's only a few steps away. Lastly, our kids ( 7 and 11) were confortable in the room downstairs but may not be a good option for smaller kids. I would definitely stay here again.
Tips -1. The beach right in front of the condo is private but the public beach access it's just a few steps to the side. We were able to set up our small tent and a few chairs to have a blast at the beach all day long. 2. We could not find instructions on how to connect to the WIFI or the lock for the bikes but we figured it out and messaging RealJoy's was easy.

We had a great sisters trip staying at this townhouse hosted by RealJoy! The place had everything we needed to cook and plenty of room to relax! Our favorite part was that we were just steps from the beach and great access to several areas along 30A! The beds were very comfortable as well! We hope to come back again!

Alles war so, wie es beschrieben war. Wir haben uns in der schön eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Ausserdem war es sehr ruhig , was uns wichtig ist. Die Nähe zum Strand war perfekt; ebenfalls haben wir die vorhandenen Fahrräder sehr gerne genutzt. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten und können sie zu 100% weiterempfehlen! Enjoyed our stay. Lots of restaurants within biking distance. We used the bikes a ton, biking as far as Blue Mountain Beach and Rosemary Beach areas. It's directly across from a gas station and our girls stopped there often. I didn't love the second bedroom being so cute off from the rest of the house but I knew that before booking. The house had everything listed. It did have a hair dryer. Bring your beach towels and a chef's knife. I had a pineapple to cut up and had to use a steak knife. Overall a great stay. I will say, the master bed was very soft. Ready to get back to our Tempurpedic. We also brought our own pillows which helped.

We had a wonderful stay! This is a very short walk to the beach. They had 4 bikes that were available to us. We rented a bike from a local shop (we were a party of 5). Very safe area. Walkable/bikeable. The place was very clean and the communication was very attentive which I appreciate.
No one should have any hesitation about staying here.
Two points:
The bunk area is located through the garage - our kids loved the privacy.
In other reviews there was mention that there were two chairs and umbrella available at the beach for this unit. This was not the case for our stay. Not a big deal but just a point of note - perhaps we read wrong as well etc.

Great place! All 5 stars except I don’t agree that it sleeps 6 people. It sleeps 5 max unless maybe the couch was a pullout. Although it is listed in the listing, the second bedroom is literally off of the garage with an outside access door directly into the attached bathroom. A little bit weird and uncomfortable. Basically this is a one bedroom townhouse with a twin bed nestled into a corner of the master and the other two beds off of the garage. Everything else was awesome. One thing not mentioned that should be is a two chair and umbrella set up included in rental. This was a really great surprise! Ours also included bike rentals which we didn’t need but was nice.

Communication was easy and fast by text/emails. The place was clean and close to everything. It can get a little loud in the evening, but it was Spring Break so it is expected, and it was quiet by 11 pm. We were a little surprise to find the second bedroom off of the garage, but it worked out better for us since we have teenagers. It was indicated in the description, we just missed it. We really enjoyed having chairs and umbrella reserved for us on the beach at no extra cost. Make sure you bring laundry detergent since it's not provided. A couple of pods would have been a nice touch, but not a really big deal.
