This place had me is all of my smiles. My family and I had such a great time. That we are in hopes to stay at leeward keys again. The view was amazingly beautiful.

We had a great stay, had a problem with the hot water but they took care of it quickly.
I will say they need a a pizza pan. Got in late on Sat picked up a few frozen pizzas ….. no pan.

I Loved Everything About The Property!!

We enjoyed the month of February in our comfortable condo with a terrific view of the ocean. The condo was very clean and nicely stocked when we arrived. The building was well maintained. Every morning the elevators were cleaned and freshened up. The walk across the street to the pool on the beach was great. Pool water in February was warm. Bathrooms were available at pool area too. We stayed close too the area, but had the fish fry on Fridays at the Catholic Church and even played bingo a couple of times. Went to a Fever concert in Destin that was very enjoyable. Ate most of our meals in the condo but Kenny D’s is next door for a casual lunch or dinner that is good. Had a very nice dinner at Captain Dave’s across the street too. A little pricey but the food and drinks were very good. We would stay at this condo again if we get the chance. Checking in and checking out was super easy too.

Everything about this condo was perfect! It was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The king sized bed was so comfortable that we want the same mattress for home! The view from our balcony was breathtaking and we enjoyed many hours out there having coffee and cocktails. Access to the pool and beach was so easy and the beach chairs and umbrella included with our stay was so great! The location was awesome with great restaurants within walking distance. The walking/biking track running the length of Miramar beach was such a surprise and we used it daily for exercise! We can’t wait to return next year!!

The place was amazing. The pictures are 100% accurate. Great way to wake up in the morning to a view of the gulf from your balcony. The beds are very comfortable and the staff on site were all very friendly. One thing I would recommend is curtains in the master bedroom as it gets very bright in the morning. Also maybe some kitchen mats might and another level of comfort for guest. I would stay hear again.

I am scared to write this review for fear that the owner will increase their price! I stayed at a RealJoy Managed property - Leeward Key Condo unit 905. If you are quickly skimming, Leeward Key unit 905 is close to perfect! Everything you see is exactly as advertised. Fantastic location, excellent beach access, ocean/beach view breathtaking. Just a fantastic Condo. Now to RealJoy - they were prompt in their communications and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was problem free. I can say with confidence, you can stop looking, you have found your condo and your management company for your stay in Destin/Miramar Beach. I really could go on and on about how we really enjoyed our stay at this property. We stayed for 7 days and did not want to leave. Without a shadow of a doubt, I would rebook this location and deal with Realjoy again and again!

The property is located right across the street from the beach and has it's own beach access through the pool. The property came with beach chair service, which was extremely nice! The condo worked out great. Only issue I had was it wasn’t stocked with anything extra. So if renting, make sure you buy everything you would need at the store (laundry soap, coffee, Kleenex, toilet paper, salt/pepper, any cooking supplys. . We just had to make a couple trips. Otherwise, everything was wonderful!

The condo was just as the pictures showed! We loved the upscale furniture and decor. The master bedroom had the most gorgeous view and we are so thankful for the balcony view as the weather was stormy/windy all the days we were there but the last day. So having the balcony protecting us from the wind was so amazing to get to watch the ocean, we even saw groups of dolphines twice from the balcony! The kitchen had the cookware we needed to make our meals. We also love the location as we could walk to 2 of our favorite restaurants! Captain Daves just to the right of us and Pompano Joes .8 miles away. The heated pool was a lifesaver for our 2 kids since there was double flag warnings our entire stay. The first 2 days the pool was broken and not heated but once it was fixed the kids had the most amazing time getting their swim time in while we watched the ocean! We loved the living room with comfy couches, big table for playing games and a TV for cartoons on those early mornings for the kids. Tvs as well in the bedrooms. The staff onsite that we ran into a couple times were more then kind, one lady even taking the trash bag from my hands to dispose of when I asked for directions to the dumpster (Thats when I learned of the trash shoot on our floor). She was all smiles in helping me out with something that wasn't even her job and was very excited in our excitement over our vacation. We also appreciate the beach chair/umbrella service that was included in our stay. We got to use this twice, once on a windy overcast double red flag day and our last day was a sunny still single red flag day. This is by far the nicest place we have gotten to stay while in Destin and we hope to get to come again! Wife and I visited from Dallas our second year in a row, and the condo unit 905 exceeded our expectations. Debbie has taken great pride in her property, and it's beautiful. We stayed at Leeward Key in 2020, in the same floorplan but two floors below. The floorplan is perfect, and the ocean view was even more spectacular two floors above. We will return annually (or more) and always stay at Leeward Key - the entire property is maintained to perfection, and we've now enjoyed two stays in different units, both of which were breathtaking. Mostly everything!! The closet’s and some floor areas on the room werent very clean because they had hairs on the floor. And when you got inside the unit it had a musty smell.But everything else was perfect!

Best views of the amazing emerald waters! We have stayed in the area multiple times but definitely loved these views the best! Lots of close places to eat that were great! We also cooked a few nights as the condo is fully stocked with all the pans, utensils, and community grills! The condo was spotless and we definitely felt like home the week we were there! We met Debbie the owner and she was so kind and friendly! Definitely will return and highly recommend!

The condo was in a great location. The view is breathtaking. We were a little worried about staying across the street from the beach, however the speed limit on the street is 25 mph and the cars yield to pedestrians. The sound from the street was not an issue at night. The condo was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with things we needed and had a basic starter kit for dishes and paper towels. The master bed is super soft, which I loved. My husband had a hard time getting used to it, but he did sleep in the second bedroom one night which was a firmer bed and liked it better. Captain Dave’s and Kenny’s D’s were next door which was nice for quick walking distance dinners. We did come with a group of families and we all had wagons. We were worried about the tents on the beach, however rules say as long as they are under 45 inches it’s ok. Only complaint about the beach access is there’s no ramp so my husband had to carry the cooler, tent and beach wagon down a few flight of stairs everyday - overall not a big deal. The pool overlooking the beach was great and heated! We would definitely recommend and stay again!

We loved our stay in this beautiful beach condo. It is spacious(for our family of 4), clean, comfortable, updated and most of all a breathtaking view. It was a great family get away and time to reset and relax. Plan to rent again.
