Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). The Gulf Views from this 9th floor Miramar Beach condo are so stunning - you may be tempted to make this luxurious Leeward Key condo your permanent home! Coastal decor and high-end furnishings are complemented by the spacious 2BR/2BA open floor plan. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and unbeatable views of the Gulf. There's a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed and a twin bed in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping 7 guests comfortably. Located next door to Kenny D's and across the street from Captain Dave's on the Gulf, Leeward Key 903 is your perfect vacation destination!

Leeward Key offers great amenities for the whole family! There are two pools with gated access, both landscaped with tropical foliage, and one is heated and located right on the beach! The complex has 3 grills guests can use- two gas grills and one charcoal grill. Whether you spend your day floating on the waves of the Gulf just steps away, lounging in the calm waters overlooking the white sand and emerald water, or lazing in the more protected pool on the north side of the complex, you are sure to love this complex. Leeward Key is also a non-smoking facility. There's a fitness room onsite, as well as a vending room for a late-night snack run. The laundry facility is located in the condo. Leeward Key offers all you could want for a fantastic beach vacation!

Area Attractions:

Convenient to the Silver Sands Outlets for shopping, and the fabulous Grand Boulevard Town Center with restaurants, art, movie theater and upscale shopping, plus the adventurous activities for kids at the Village of Baytowne Wharf. This location is loaded with enough activities to please your group!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The unit was very comfortable and well decorated. Very clean. Really high up and perfect if you enjoy balconies. Thr master bed was perfect and cozy. Parking was easy and access to ocean was so easy. When you get off elevator, literally counted avout 100 steps, which it doesn't really show on the photos. Support was phenomenal and made it so easy. I ill try to get this unit and this place anytime i come here.

Beautiful place and location. Only recommendation is for them to fix or change bed frame and stove as the bed had screwed falling off and wobbly. Stove only had one side working.

We absolutely love the place! Very convenient location and short walk to the beach, especially with small children. we had a minor inconvenience (and I say very minor ! We would had been ok, I just wanted the host to know about it )with one of the beds that we notice upon check-in, but the host quickly schedule something and it was fixed the next day in the morning. Everybody left so happy with this location. We will definitely be booking again.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was everything in the pictures and then some!!! The view was amazing. My dad went with us and he cant be in the heat for a long period of time so he was so excited to be able to sit in his room and see the ocean. We will be back!!!! Wonderful view. Easy access to the pool and beach, neither were very crowded. Beach chairs were always available. Condo is updated and clean. Plenty of parking. Cookware and couch could be refreshed. I wish they provided more basic perishables. You have to bring your own trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. Overall, it was great, and I would stay here again.

We loved the view of the condo even better than the pics and description. It felt like we were on the beach instead of across a street. Also, loved the location close to everything we needed. Loved the ability to walk places. suggest replacing the couches they are broken down and not comfortable to sit in while watching TV. Also, suggest getting two chairs for the beach since the chairs arent available until after March 15. We stayed in Feb.

It was a GREAT place to stay! The only hiccup we had was getting there. The GPS took us to multiple gated entrances that we could not access. Maybe include more detailed instructions on how to enter. Other than that, it was amazing. Great customer service and the condo was VERY clean! Amazing views!

Great spot with amazing views of the ocean. Just like the pics! If you happen to bring a wagon for the beach, it’s super easy access across the street, BUT there is no ramp, just stairs. Keep that in mind that two people will most likely have to carry a wagon down the stairs onto the beach.

You will not be disappointed! The beach views are spectacular, and it is literally steps from the sand. There are great restaurants walking distance and only about 15 minutes to Harbor Walk.

It was a great location and the beach wasn’t very crowded at all because it’s not a public beach access. The pool by beach was very convenient and the 2 chairs and umbrella were very a nice amenity. This place is great! The location is super convenient. We loved waking up to the beautiful view. The beach is only a short walk away, and there are two pools on the property. It was nice to have the complimentary chairs and umbrella on the beach. Kenny D’s is a good restaurant and it’s right next door. You won’t regret staying here!

The master bedrooms mattress needs an upgrade, but other than that, everything was great. The place was just like it was described and the beach/pool access was even better than expected. Great restaurants within walking distance. The staff was present daily making sure the whole place was serviced and cleaned. Two beach chairs were put out daily for us and that was a great feature. We loved it and hope to come back soon.
