Getaway to Leeward Key 806, a luxury 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offering breathtaking views from its large corner balcony. Whether you’re sipping coffee at sunrise or catching vibrant Gulf sunsets, this private balcony gives you a panoramic experience. Inside, an open layout with floor-to-ceiling windows fills the space with natural light. The living area flows into a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. With a King master suite, a Queen guest bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, this retreat comfortably sleeps 6 guests.

Located across from Captain Dave’s and next door to Kenny D’s, this condo places you in the heart of Miramar Beach. Shopping, dining, golf, and entertainment are all just minutes away. Leeward Key itself offers exceptional amenities: two pools (one Gulf-front and seasonally heated), a fitness center, and community grills. Spend your day floating in the Gulf, relaxing poolside, or enjoying the family-friendly complex. A non-smoking facility, Leeward Key also provides a vending room and in-condo laundry for convenience.

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers several boutiques, and dining options.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Short getaway

Great condo property ,well maintained,problem free vacation . The only issue we had was having to register for parking every day! You had to enter your information every day and often it would try to validate but then send you back to start up page to do it all again! Very frustrating! But the clean unit and great location will bring us back again!

We had an amazing stay at this beach condo! The unit was clean, beautifully decorated. The highlight, without a doubt, was the breathtaking views — we could sit on the balcony for hours just soaking it all in. The location was perfect too — walking distance to restaurants (Kenny's (which is gluten friendly), Crab Trap and others.. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

I loved the balcony, and being so close to the beach. There was a plug that didn’t work, and when I went to use the bona fide, the handle thing was broken off. So I couldn’t mop.

I recently stayed at this stunning beach view condo, and it was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, the breathtaking ocean views took my breath away. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The location was ideal, just steps away from the beach and close to local restaurants and shops.
The balcony was my favorite spot to relax and enjoy the sunsets. The sound of the waves was so soothing, making it a perfect escape from everyday life. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I can't recommend this place enough—it's a true gem! Five stars all the way!
