Leeward Key is undergoing a Painting & Waterproofing Project from February 24 – June 6, 2025. Balcony access will be unavailable Apr. 11 - 30, and parking may be impacted.
Please note that exterior tile removal taking place from 4/14 - 5/30 will cause noise during daytime hours.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Welcome to Leeward Key 701! This four-bedroom, three-bathroom Miramar Beach vacation condo sleeps 13 guests with ease. From seven stories up, take in an unbelievable view of the Gulf of Mexico found just across the street. Relax on the sundeck on the beachside, found just steps to the water. Enjoy the spacious interiors, featuring ceilings ten feet high, and granite countertops. Beach service is offered complimentary in-season, with two chairs and one umbrella to lounge under. It doesn’t get much better than this!

Leeward Key offers great amenities for the whole family! There are two pools with gated access, both landscaped with tropical foliage, and one is heated and located right on the beach! The complex has 3 grills guests can use- two gas grills and one charcoal grill. Whether you spend your day floating on the waves of the Gulf just steps away, lounging in the calm waters overlooking the white sand and emerald water, or lazing in the more protected pool on the north side of the complex, you are sure to love this complex. Leeward Key is also a non-smoking facility. There's a fitness room onsite, as well as a vending room for a late-night snack run. The laundry facility is located in the condo. Leeward Key offers all you could want for a fantastic beach vacation!

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers a number of boutiques, and dining options.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We are already booked for next year!!!!

Location was prime!! Property was being renovated while there.. which we knew ahead of time… what we didn’t know was only one pool was open during that entire 9 night stay.

Absolutely beautiful place! We felt like at home. Perfect for our family of 12. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Everything was perfect! All the rooms, kitchen and living room were beautiful! And let’s not talk about the view! Amazing! Easy check-in & a 2 min walk to the beach, heated pool. Super peaceful & quiet place. Kitchen had all utensils, & everything we needed. To cook our Christmas dinner. Kids fell in love with the bunk bedroom. Thank you to the Myers family we enjoyed it so much. We had a great time in this unit. It was very clean and well maintained. The view off the balcony was perfect and access to the beach couldn’t have been easier. I appreciated the extra linens and pillows in the closets to help make the beds extra cozy. We had one problem with a toilet on the trip and it was fixed same day. Kitchen was well stocked. The only downside was there was no pantry which we were surprised about given the size of the condo. Would recommend this spot and plan to stay again.

This condo was perfect for our 12 person family. Kitchen was well equipped. All beds comfortable. Brand new couch! Perfect location next to 3 different restaurants. The only complaint was there were only 2 parking passes and no possibility of getting another. When I called RealJoy, I was told either “risk it” or try Alvin’s Island parking a mile away! There were people in the parking lot checking for permits when we arrived and was told it would be towed without and permit. I don’t think 3 passes is being unreasonable for a party of 12. We spent half of our 1st day hunting for a safe place to park our 3rd car and had to pay for that when there were many open spots available on the premises.

Excellent get away!

The four bedrooms were so roomy and just what we needed. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. Being across the street from the beach was absolutely amazing. On top of that, we found out that we had complimentary chairs and an umbrella. The unit was everything we were looking for for our family vacation. We weren't allowed to turn the thermostat below 70° (Not really a problem, but I like it cold when I sleep).
