We had an amazing time in Destin. Enjoyed the pools, the beautiful beaches, and breathtaking views. Everything we needed was provided and easily accessible. We had 10 people with plenty of space for all of us. We didn’t want to leave 💕

This unit is on the end/corner and was very quiet. The amenities and location were wonderful, and you can have a golf cart rental parked there. The beachside swimming pool is just a few steps across the street and was always clean. From the pool, beach chair and umbrella rentals were convenient and plentiful. Although this property is not beachfront, the unit did have a nice view of the Gulf and had seating options on the balcony. Each bedroom was comfortable, nicely decorated, and supplied with enough pillows and blankets. The kitchen was fully furnished with adequate seating for our family of 8. The kitchen appliances were new and very nice. This unit was furnished for any type of cooking/eating that we did, including a crock pot and an indoor electric griddle. A couple of cons were that 2 of the bathrooms could have been cleaned better, the living room furniture was pretty worn, the parking fee is per vehicle, and trash/toys from previous tenants were left under furniture.

The place was just like the pictures. Walking distance to the beach and pool. We wish we could stayed longer. The costumer service was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful place and beautiful beach. Two things to improve would be the floors were dirty. My feet were black after walking barefoot. 2. The extra bed on the floor was no good to sleep. It was a great option but after the first night my child didn’t want to sleep there because you can feel the springs can laying down. The other beds were fine very comfortable.

Loved the area and even though it’s not directly on the beach the walk was not bad at all. Plenty of space for 4 adults 4 teenagers and 1 child. Such a sweet quiet community and walking distance to a few restaurants.

The stay was great. I asked prior to “Realjoy” if beach chair was included and they said “no”. I know no where in list did r mention it, so when I went to the beach with money to pay for rental the guy repeat to say we get on set with the rental of our condo. I was misinformed for rental.

We loved the condo. An email was sent with check in instructions and check in was flawless. Everything was exactly like advertised. Beautifully decorated and had plenty of room for all 11 of us. I would definitely recommend this room to anyone looking to get away to the gulf. Easy access to the beach and we loved the shower/pool at the beach to wash off all the sand.

We had a great time. The listing was as described in the photos and the balcony had plenty of room and good views of the water. Beach is easily accessed. Speedy elevators were a plus.

Nuestra estadía fue excelente, solo que hay parqueo para 2 carros y considero que en una casa de 12 personas deben disponer de más parqueos. En nuestro caso íbamos 3 carros y estábamos con la incertidumbre de donde estacionar el tercer carro. De resto nuestra estadía súper.

We really enjoyed our stay here and the location was perfect. It was very convenient only being steps away from the private beach access. A few things that would have made our stay even better is being able to keep a golf cart at the property. We noticed a few other golf carts at the property the first few days, however we were told golf cart rentals were not allowed. This was a bummer because golf carts are very popular in the area and make it easy to travel to the local shops and restaurants. It would also have been nice to have a set of beach chairs and umbrella included with the rental since the prices to rent these at the beach were quite expensive, especially for the entire week. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Wonderful stay although pictures of the “bunk room” need to be updated. We got there to find out there was only one set of bunk beds, a full bed and a twin mattress on the floor shoved under the full size. Other than that the condo was great, love the location and it was beautiful.
