Snowbird Season runs from November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Welcome to Leeward Key 405, a two-bedroom two bath condo located in Leeward Key! The 4th-story beautiful views of the Emerald Green waters and sugar white sands in the Miramar Beach area of Destin, condo are so stunning - you may be tempted to make this luxurious vacation condo your permanent home! Guests will love the decor and high-end furnishings complemented by the spacious, open floor plan with floor-to-ceiling gulf views throughout. The living space is highlighted by a fabulous kitchen boasting granite counters and a fabulous eat-in bar and kitchen table. There is a king bed in the master suite, a king bed in the guest bedroom, and a sectional sleeper sofa in the living room. Located next door to Kenny D's, and across the street from Captain Dave's, this spot is within a few miles' radius of malls, golf courses, and movie theaters - so you can relax or be entertained at any time. Come start making memories at Leeward Key 405!

Leeward Key offers great amenities for the whole family! There are two pools with gated access, both landscaped with tropical foliage, and one is heated and located right on the beach! The complex has 3 grills guests can use- two gas grills and one charcoal grill. Whether you spend your day floating on the waves of the Gulf just steps away, lounging in the calm waters overlooking the white sand and emerald water, or lazing in the more protected pool on the north side of the complex, you are sure to love this complex. Leeward Key is also a non-smoking facility. There's a fitness room onsite, as well as a vending room for a late-night snack run. The laundry facility is located in the condo. Leeward Key offers all you could want for a fantastic beach vacation!

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers several boutiques, and dining options.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great Stay – Perfect for Families! We had such a great time staying at this condo! The ocean view was amazing. it was so relaxing to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves. You really can’t beat being right on the beach. The view from the bedroom was absolutely astonishing - waking up to the sight of the ocean was something special. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The beds are comfy, the kitchen was super convenient, and everything functioned perfectly. Our kids absolutely loved it—especially the view from the window and sitting out on the balcony for meals. That became their favorite spot to hang out! The location was great—close to restaurants and shops, but still peaceful and quiet. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it for a fun and relaxing beach getaway!

The place was very nice and clean and in a good location. The only part that we were disappointed in is in the pictures it shows a bathtub in one of the bathrooms and upon arrival there were two showers. Having little kids made it difficult since we were expecting a bath tub. But overall the place was nice.
