Leeward Key offers great amenities for the whole family! There are two pools with gated access, both landscaped with tropical foliage, and one is heated and located right on the beach! The complex has 3 grills guests can use- two gas grills and one charcoal grill. Whether you spend your day floating on the waves of the Gulf just steps away, lounging in the calm waters overlooking the white sand and emerald water, or lazing in the more protected pool on the north side of the complex, you are sure to love this complex. Leeward Key is also a non-smoking facility. There's a fitness room onsite, as well as a vending room for a late-night snack run. The laundry facility is located in the condo. Leeward Key offers all you could want for a fantastic beach vacation!

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This property was enjoyed by our family gathering of 6 adults and 5 children. Unit is spacious and clean. We loved the convenience to the beach and access to 2 private swimming pools. There are 3 restaurants and 1 coffee bar in small walking distance with even more options in a 2 mile radius. The building is well managed and maintained. This was a great place with plenty of room for a big family. The bunk beds in the kids room were bigger than I thought and could fit 2 small children in each bed if needed. The location was fantastic! Everything was walkable from restaurants, coffee shops, Alvin’s Island, and of course the beach. The kids enjoyed the two pools available! We had the best vacation! The condo is clean and has all the amenities you need. With the exception of a toaster. There is a toaster oven, but it was in such bad shape I wouldn’t use it. Also, it advertises a sofa bed and the spring is broken so you can’t use it. Not deal breakers for me. The views are spectacular and just across the street from the beach. My only complaint is that we were not warned of construction when booking so we paid full price but had no views due to the balcony being blocked off entirely and the windows having plastic sheeting in them. So the paint crews were the view. I fully understand that building maintenance has to be done but at least offer a discount or give us a. Opportunity to book elsewhere. Thanks- Reviewed On: 4/21/2025

This is the second year to stay in this condo with my sisters for our annual visit. We love the huge space of this unit and the location is the best. Walkable to many great restaurants and easy access to the beautiful beach. Love the top floor and fabulous views. The heated pool is so nice for this time of year. Pictures don’t do it justice. This place was amazing. Our family stayed 5 nights. 3 couples with 6 kids ages 2-15 years old. We all had a blast. Gorgeous views and you can hear the waves from the balcony. Very clean and well maintained property. Since we stayed 5 days we did have to buy soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, etc. We also bought a potholder and salt and pepper which we left for the next guest since those items were missing from the kitchen. Pots and pans weren’t good quality and tough to clean but we didn’t use them much since we ate out at night and did sandwiches by day. Hope to stay here again and highly recommend. Breath taking views and great location. Close to everything and beach access across the street with heated pool. My fave airbnb stay and we use airbnb regularly. There was plenty of room for 14 adults we only had 11 people come the others backed on us. But we still had a great time!! If you go you should try Kenny Ds next door amazing food!! I rented the condo with my 4 sisters and 2 nieces. The view is fabulous and is in the perfect location. The unit was so clean! The kitchen was well stocked and the four bedrooms/three baths gave everyone privacy. The view is the best part about this place! You can literally see the entire city and we enjoyed watching storms from the balcony as well as the water. It’s also a very roomy place and very quiet. Beach is right there and we loved that the room includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas on the beach. I would definitely stay here again.- Reviewed On: 8/16/2023

Beachy weekend getaway for large group
13 of us slept and hung out comfortably in this 4 br condo, 9 adults and 4 kids. With such a large group we opted to dine in and cook meals. Between grilling by the pool and using the kitchen/dining room we all got to enjoy meals together. Beds were comfortable and views were amazing. We would definitely stay here again. Minor cosmetic damages didn’t take way from the fun or functionality. Many or the basics and starters were provided. The beach umbrella service was a perfect addition and made our stay that much easier. Great location close to anything you need.
