This beautiful home, located inside the quiet NatureWalk 30A Resort Community, offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and will sleep up to 10 guests comfortably. Step through the doors to find oak wood floors, custom cabinetry, premium furnishings, and vaulted ceilings to enhance your stay! The first floor offers an open living room with a flat-screen television, a dining area that seats 8, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and bar seating for 4. Additionally, on the first floor, you will find a Master suite with a King bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second floor offers a second Master suite with a King bed, a guest bedroom with a Queen bed, and a bunk room with a Full-over-Queen custom bunk bed. You will also find many child-friendly bonuses within the home that include two highchairs, two pack’n’plays, beach toys, and optional baby gates. Adults in the group will love the 12 beach chairs, 4 beach umbrellas, 6 bikes, and a 6-seater golf cart that are all included with the home! NatureWalk is surrounded by Point Washington State Forest, and Grayton Beach State Park and Western Lake are located right next to Watercolor. Explore the endless trails by bike or on foot. Rent a canoe or paddleboard. Visit the funky shops and restaurants in Grayton Beach town, just down 30A. Watercolor Crossings adjoins our neighborhood, with Publix, Pizza by the Sea, Boca Boutique, UPS Store, Emerald Coast Wine and Spirits, Perfect Pig restaurant, Pedego Electric Bikes, and Yellowfin Sports, for all your outdoor needs. Due to HOA restriction boats, RVs and trailers are not allowed in this neighborhood.
NatureWalk 30A has a private path “Lilly Lane Beach Trail” to San Juan Avenue which is less than a mile from beach access at Santa Clara Regional Beach Access. This path goes through the beautiful state forest which also surrounds NatureWalk 30A. Several additional beach accesses are also located along 30A within a mile. The beaches at Seaside or Watercolor, as well as Grayton Beach State Park are a short bike ride or golf cart ride away.
NatureWalk features “Gathering Place” which boasts a large zero-entry pool, a heated lap pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, tables and chairs, a shaded kiddie pool, hammocks, playground, outdoor kitchen with gas grills, and gas fire pit for family enjoyment. You will also volleyball courts, pickleball, basketball, and another playground nearby. Guests will be charged $100 for lost or missing pool pass. 30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
WaterColor, Florida is a beach town with rich landscaping and incredible pocket parks that blend perfectly into Northwest Florida’s natural scrub oak and palmetto. WaterColor borders the Gulf of Mexico and Western Lake, South Walton’s largest coastal dune lake. Great care was taken to preserve the natural beauty of Western Lake. Gravel nature trails twist and wind through the oak scrub and foot bridges criss-cross Western Lake. On the North side of Scenic 30-A, you will find a large butterfly garden that leads to an outdoor amphitheater and boathouse. At the boathouse, try stand up paddle-boarding, kayaking, or canoeing over towards the shores of Grayton Beach State Park. On the South side of Scenic 30-A is the WaterColor Beach Club and along with the home of the James Beard award-winning restaurant, Fish Out of Water. Community access to the Gulf of Mexico is through a beach boardwalk adjacent to the Beach Club. WaterColor Florida is a fabulous spot for your next beach vacation!
Seaside is a fantastic destination within walking distance and is most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous, There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Without a doubt, this house was amazing. The beds and furniture were exceptionally comfortable. The location, nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, was ideal—peaceful and quiet, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere.
The only downside was the beach equipment, which was completely unusable. I strongly recommend replacing the chairs, umbrellas, and canopy tent. On two occasions, we hauled items to the beach only to discover they were already broken.
Lastly, one of the golf cart batteries appeared to be failing, which resulted in having to push the cart nearly a mile back to the house.
That being said, we would absolutely stay here again because of the house itself and everything it provided.- Posted: 3/21/2025

Last Call in Nature Walk was perfect for our family ! We were in town for our daughter’s wedding at Seaside Chapel . We loved the convenience to everything . Getaway
The house we stayed in was great! There were 2 couples and another sister in our group all are over 65. We are very active with pickleball and biking and had plenty of time to relax. We stocked the fridge and traded off cooking in the great kitchen and go ing out to eat. It was a great balance for us. We would definitely come back!- Posted: 4/20/2024

We were extremely pleased with the house and the overall experience. The house is fabulous/luxurious with all of the amenities you could possibly ask for!! The house has high ceilings, tall doorways, modern dark wood flooring, a spacious kitchen and living room, two large porches (one is screened-in), a beautiful upstairs master suite, everything needed to cook/eat in the kitchen, a PlayStation area that our son and our daughter’s boyfriend really enjoyed, everything needed to take to the beach including coolers/chairs/a tent. The house also comes with six bikes and a street legal 6-person golf cart, which we made use of frequently. We especially enjoyed the fact that the house is located in a quiet/private/high-end neighborhood that is very close to the local Publix (which had great food and that we frequented regularly). We made use of both our rental SUV and golf cart to enjoy the beautiful scenery during the day and the local restaurants/bars at night. We enjoyed our time at Shades (sports bar) and Bayou Bill’s (king crab/sushi) to name a few. This was such a special and memorable vacation for us. We felt like we were treated like kings (and queens). If you’r looking for a place to stay near Santa Rosa beach, this is it.- Posted: 8/12/2023

The place and the location are fantastic! Very spacious house in a secluded culdesac. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need along with an outdoor gas grill. There is a grocery store a quick golf cart drive from the neighborhood entrance.

Amazing
We've stayed in this neighborhood 4 times and this was by far our favorite. The home is well appointed with everything you might need to have a great trip. We loved eating outside, sitting on the downstairs and upstairs porch. The side yard was wonderful, plus we enjoyed all of the wildlife around the home. We saw racoons, frogs, and even 3 Florida Black bears one night. Highly recommend the home and really enjoyed our 2 week stay!!!- Posted: 6/10/2023

Awesome House!
Great house. Very clean, great kitchen with everything you need. Comfortable beds. Golf cart and beach gear were a great addition. Last Call at NatureWalk 30A is an amazing house, with the perfect location and a kitchen furnished with high-end cookware. The house was clean and stocked with everything needed to entertain and celebrate Thanksgiving! The community had pickle ball, basketball courts and nature trails which offered something everyone. Taking the golf cart down to Seaside to enjoy the food trucks and sites was such a memorable experience for the family. It was super nice that RealJoy was so guest focused they providing us with a turkey pan, corn bread and cookie mixes for our Thanksgiving meal. That took the stress of trying to find these items at the last minute for Thanksgiving. Would highly recommend this house and booking through RealJoy directly.- Posted: 11/25/2022

House was beautiful and kitchen was well equipped..Love that the house had everything available from golf cart to beach toys, beach chairs and bikes etc. Neighborhood is very nice and very quite and yet close to grocery store, and resturants.

Our family had an amazing time here! We loved the quiet location but still having easy access to the beach. The home was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Christmas Vacation
Our family of 11 enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The homeowners have literally thought of it all, accommodating everyone from age 7-63. The neighborhood is equally as perfect; with exercise stations, pools, trails, and more. The golf carts made traveling so much fun, whether going to the store or the beach.
