The stay was exactly as described. The location was perfect for our weekend at the Topeka music venue. The unit was a great value and I highly recommend if wanting an affordable stay at the beach.
Note - there aren’t many kitchen items leftover from other visitors so make sure you bring anything you need to cook (oil, salt/pepper, coffee filters, etc). There also wasn’t much toilet paper provided but they were responsive and willing to bring more over.

My sister and I had a great stay here! Our favorite part was the private beach access. We had a lot of space on the beach no matter what time we went. The host was very responsive and provided all of the amenities needed. A nice clean space & it was close to a lot of restaurants at Mirmar Beach. I recommend walking to the whales tail for lunch or going to their walk up bar while you’re on the beach! Would stay here again.

The condo was beautiful. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. Hot showers. Plenty of pillows and towels. The balcony was a plus… we drank our morning coffee out there every morning. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Would definitely rent here again. Honestly no complaints.

The location to the beach and the close parking. There were long brown hairs on the pillows and the pillows were stinky. Shower floor was dirty. Trash and dog bones under the living room couch.

This was our second stay, and we loved it! Very accommodating, lots of stores nearby to get whatever you may need, and not to mention private beach access!!! Just a hop skip and jump away and we were at our oasis. The condo is just perfect, fresh linen, and very clean rooms. I have zero complaints in fact I would give them a 10 star if it was available.

My husband and I recently stayed here for a family wedding at Henderson Beach State Park. We had an amazing time. The location of this property is so convenient. We were only steps away from the beautiful crystal clear waters of the emerald coast. Accessing the beach across the street was so easy, we even had our own little private gate complete with stepping stones and palm trees! We didn’t rent a car for our stay so we mostly walked everywhere. The circle K next door was perfect for grabbing water and essentials, there is a coffee shop, restaurants and a gift shop/beach shop only a 5 minute walk away. We actually had friends who stayed in the area but much further away who were SO JEALOUS because they had to uber everywhere and we were able to just take a quick walk to get where we needed to go, all for a comparable price too!! The room was spotlessly clean, well decorated and cozy and we had absolutely no issues. The best part of our stay was being able to wake up early and go straight over to the beach (which was virtually empty early in the morning) to take a nice morning stroll. We even saw some dolphins playing in the water! We would 100% return to this property again. Thank you so much to Real Joy Vacations for making our stay so fantastic!

I stayed with RealJoy in their Emerald Serenity 6. Upon reaching our location, which was easy to find, we pulled in to what looked like a raised hotel with parking underneathe. My lady was like, "OMG". After getting to our unit and having a hassle figuring out the locking mechanism, we opened the door to a tiny piece of heaven. The place was extremely clean and felt warm and inviting. Everything I needed from linen's to towel, I had in abundance. I enjoyed my stay with RealJoy and would definitely use them again

Dank meinem Mann war das Frühstück gut 🙂 Ausstattung war modern und sauber.Nett waren auch die kleinen Begrüßungsgeschenke und auch die Bereitstellung von Duschmittel und Shampoo, Reiniger für Spülmaschiene. Toll auch Waschmaschiene und Trockner. Alles da ,was für 1 Urlaub im Apartment notwendig ist. Mehr Stauraum für die Urlaubsgarderobe. Auf den Fotos sah alles etwas großzügiger aus. Der Weg zum Strand war kurz, nur der Zugang war etwas versteckt.

Excelente ubicación y si luce exactamente como lo enseña las fotos ,limpio , aspecto moderno acojínele si es pequeño,exactamente para la cantidad que dice solo el detalle del baño que la cortina no cubre de abajo lo suficiente para detener en agua pero nada que no se pueda uno bañar solo con mucho cuidado de no hacer mucho mojadero, solo eso pero si volvería a rentarlo otra vez súper accesible a la playa sin tener que conducir bien ubicado !!

The location is amazing, the private beach entrance was the best thing. The beach was never busy where we were. We always had our own spot. Very relaxing. The apartment is Within walking distance of a couple restaurants and shopping. The Circle K right next door was great. The kids went in there to get slushys and food and they have some necessities. The apartment was easy to get to, loved the outside shower to wash off sand. The parking area was cramped and the apartment was a little cramped for 5 people, it would be perfect for 2 or 3 people. There was only 1 bathroom which made showering for 5 people tricky. There were 2 bathroom sinks tho and that helped. Place was very clean, washer and dryer is a must or you will have sandy towels sitting around everywhere. Good place, great value, would definitely consider booking again because of the price and location. Small for 5 people, only 1 shower was difficult for 5. Parking lot was cramped, we had to back our truck into the parking spot or we almost couldn't get out. Parking a small car would be easy.

Place was spotless and the TVs were set to welcoming jazz music which was a nice touch. Comfortable living room furniture and plenty of linens and board games. The shower curtain was a few inches shorter than the shower lip which cause water to leak on the floor anytime the shower was on. We had to use most of our towels to create a barrier and to mop up the water after each use. If this continues, the owners may be looking at some serious water damage. We also purchased a broom to help keep the sand up since the condo only had a vacuum and swiffer. The beach access was directly across from the condo and stores are conveniently located to condo as well. Appliances up to date and plenty of ice. Everything except beach towels are provided - even a few toiletries and dish soap to get you started with your stay. We would definitely stay at this place again. Five stars for cleanliness and beach access!

The host was so nice to me & my fiancé. The place was clean with very nice aesthetic and very close to the beach, right across actually! To mention that everything that I could need was there, Communication was great, as I was off time and they accommodated me well. Check out was quick and they were on time! Would 5/5 recommend for anyone’s vacation that needs an affordable but still aesthetically pleasing place to stay!

The place was great and just as described. There is a convenient store right next to the condo which makes it easy to get to and allows you to grab stuff you may have forgotten. There was also a Winn Dixie and cvs that were easy to get to and closer than Walmart. The area was safe for my family and lots of attractions in walking distance. The kitchen had all you needed to prepare meals. The beach was easily accessible across the street and wasn’t as crowded as the other condos surrounding it. We had a great time and will book with realjoy next year.
Some packing tips: bring extra toilet paper and spices/ salt and pepper for cooking.
