To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

**All guests are required to register their vehicles one to two days prior to check in and pay for parking passes and wristbands. The registration fee varies between $75 -$100 based on unit occupancy. The number of passes and wristbands provided also varies, based upon unit occupancy. The link to register will be sent to guests prior to arrival via email titled "Laketown Wharf Guest Registration Link". Please check in at the Laketown Wharf front desk upon arrival to retrieve wristbands and parking passes. Please note, the fee is subject to change as it is set by the onsite HOA.**

We really enjoyed our stay in 2026. View was breathtaking. Great amenities. Easy walk to the beach. Loved the Wharf restaurant and the Crab legs buffet. Pineapple Willy's across the street was fun.

The Condo was spotless and the view of the ocean from the Condo was absolutely stunning. It’s on one of the higher floors so like others have mentioned, during peak times (check-in/checkout the elevators had longer wait times. We knew this going in so not a huge deal. The condo is as nice/nicer than the pictures. More space than expected and the rain shower and large tub in the master bedroom were really enjoyable. If vacationing in PCB we would stay here again and rent other RealJoy properties.

The condo was exactly as pictured and described! It was clean and everything we needed was provided. The 5 pools were great for days we did not want to go to the beach, especially the kiddie pool. Elevator wait times could be long depending on time of day and check in to get wrist bands was quite long as well; so plan for that. But overall it was a great stay and I highly recommend.

Place was very clean, had essentials, did not have trash bags or tp kind.. kind of silly to not provide. Do not recommend restaurant across road or in walking distance most are drive to south beach. Condo itself 5/5

Awesome place, spacious, great view!

Wow that view! The condo was clean and so big! Everything was as described! They even had a little cooler and beach chairs to take down to the beach! The elevators werent as bad as others say about laketown wharf. Beach is steps away and easy to get to! The kitchen had all the things you need to cook and bake. Staff at laketown wharf were friendly too! The only issues we had were the beds were hard, the television in the kids bedroom wouldnt connect to be able to watch anything, the master bedroom tv cable would cut out so much you couldnt watch it. Overall, great condo with amazing views!

Excellent

The room was very nice and clean. There was plenty of room for everyone to have quite time. Check in was simple and our room was ready early. I really like the phone calls ahead of our arrival to answer any questions. My family had a great trip without any worries about our room. The only down side was the elevators, very busy, but it was in peak season.
