Good to Know:
This property is not available to adults under the age of 25. No exceptions. All guests must register their vehicles 1–2 days before check-in and pay for parking passes and wristbands. Fees range from $75–$100 depending on occupancy. A registration link will be emailed before arrival titled “Laketown Wharf Guest Registration Link.” Upon arrival, check in at the front desk to pick up your wristbands and parking passes. The fee is set by the HOA and subject to change.

The cleanest stay we have ever stayed in! RealJoy stayed responsive throughout this whole experience and everyone we spoke to was very nice. The location is 10/10 with this stay! Walkable distance to A LOT of things! And the condo itself is in a great location within the building! The beach access was very easy and right across the street. Condo was spacious even with 5 of us in there. Beds, linen, bathrooms, the kitchen.. everything CLEAN! And there was plenty of towels and dishes to use while we stayed! Made everyday truly feel a lot easier and like we had a comforting home base!

We had a great stay. The room was right across from the elevator so not a super long walk. The elevators were working fine during our stay. The room was clean and exactly as described. They don’t provide much extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc but that was communicated beforehand so not unexpected. The balcony view was amazing. We enjoyed the pools and the Wharf Buffet is a must visit. It’s a short walk to Walmart and the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We would love to stay again!

The condo was very clean and the decor was beautifully done (loved the starfish). We had an issue with the front door lock (accidentally caused by us from the interior) and was unable to access the front door. Mike, property manager from Real Joy, was quick to the rescue. Mike was very kind, helpful, and had a great attitude! He’s an amazing Manager from a customer’s perspective. I highly recommend you indulge in this condo during your stay. I am very particular when it comes to cleanliness and this matched my expectation!

Book again. Looks just like the pics or even better. Nice views. Very convenient location. Directly across from Walmart and beach. Good food choices close as well.
The only thing I would say is that we were there during busy season Spring Break and a few of the elevators weren’t working so we ended up taking the stairs down and up some days just to get around which was pretty exhausting after relaxing days at the beach.
