Good to Know:
This property is not available to adults under the age of 25. No exceptions. All guests must register their vehicles 1–2 days before check-in and pay for parking passes and wristbands. Fees range from $75–$100 depending on occupancy. A registration link will be emailed before arrival titled “Laketown Wharf Guest Registration Link.” Upon arrival, check in at the front desk to pick up your wristbands and parking passes. The fee is set by the HOA and subject to change.

We LOVE Snowbirds! Low Monthly Winter Rates:
Snowbird Season runs from November through February. Monthly rentals are available with an additional $150 cleaning fee. Arrival and departure must be on the 1st of the month. Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Contact us to learn more!

I must say that I was extremely happy with the location the space and all the kitchen appliances as well as the entire experience. The staff was on top of every question and accommodating. I really enjoyed the whole experience. I also like to leave it the way the found it. I hope your cleaning crew was happy. Thanks again for such a good time.

The condo was very clean and the decor was beautifully done (loved the starfish). We had an issue with the front door lock (accidentally caused by us from the interior) and was unable to access the front door. Mike, property manager from Real Joy, was quick to the rescue. Mike was very kind, helpful, and had a great attitude! He’s an amazing Manager from a customer’s perspective. I highly recommend you indulge in this condo during your stay. I am very particular when it comes to cleanliness and this matched my expectation!

We had a great stay! We loved the condo and everything that Laketown Wharf offered! Check in was easy and instructions were clear. We would definitely stay again. The only downside to Laketown Wharf in general and nothing to do with the actual condo is the elevators. Overall it was a great experience!

Nice place will
Book again. Looks just like the pics or even better. Nice views. Very convenient location. Directly across from Walmart and beach. Good food choices close as well.
The only thing I would say is that we were there during busy season Spring Break and a few of the elevators weren’t working so we ended up taking the stairs down and up some days just to get around which was pretty exhausting after relaxing days at the beach.
