The place has a perfect view. I would love to give a 5 stars but only due to the elevator issue. Other than that this place is perfect for families.

Great place. Condo was really nice and as described.
Needs a new dishwasher, was difficult to get started.
Balcony was a little too noisy for us.
Would recommend to friends.

Our stay was amazing, the view was beautiful and the condo was spacious and clean! The resort was wonderful with lots of pools and shops/restaurants right there. Beach access right across the street was sooo convenient. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

My sister and I stayed here for our annual September Beach Trip. We are not sand girls, but we love to hear the waves and swim in the pool. On the top floor, we had great views and could hear the Gulf. The condo was spacious and comfortable and pool time was unmatched. We will definitely do this again!

There was many options for pools for kids to play in, and not to far for my kids to walk to beach. The condo was ran very well, it was quiet, family friendly. Would definitely recommend this condo to someone else!

Great location. Everyone in the previous comments complained about the elevators, but they really werent that bad for us since we went at the beginning of June. Two things that could have been clearer are that the hotel is accross the street from the beach and that you have to pay an extra $100 for a parking pass and wrist bands. You can see the ocean, but there are other large buildings obstructing your view of the ocean.

Also, the listing clearly states, "**All guests are required to register their vehicles one to two days prior to check in and pay for parking passes and wristbands. The property was beautiful. I promise you the photos did not do it justice. We’ve stayed in numerous villas over the years and this one was by far the best one. If I had to make one recommendation, I would say bring a cell phone signal booster as the wi-fi wasn’t very good……but if you’re not in the room often enough because you’re enjoying the beach and attractions, it doesn’t matter much! Highly recommend and if we come back to PCB next year I am definitely asking for this unit again! We had a wonderful time!

Overall a great place to stay! Super clean, open & spacious. Close to so many things, and the beach is less than a block away.
Be aware that this is unit is on the TOP (21st) floor of Laketown Wharf, and the walkways are all open air. So be warned that if you’re not keen of heights (especially when the wind & inclement weather roll through), that this might not be the best unit for you.

Definitely bring lots of basic needs like toilet paper and kitchen basics like seasonings if you wish to cook! The place had tons of things to do, Pineapple Willy was right across from the condo and the pina colada’s are amazing! The kids definitely loved all the pools and everything was super close to even walk to. The resort does have horrible elevators though so be patient with that but the condo has beautiful views and even with rain it was a wonderful vacation!

It was a little confusing on using the catwalk to access the main elevators instead of the garage elevators that only go to the 10th floor. So if you stay on any floor over 10, use the cat walk over to the elevators from the garage to access the main elevators, that was the confusing part. The elevators are awful tho, out dated,digging, sometimes shut down. Kind of scary. Some of the halls where scary and unwelcoming and the resort is huge, is was definitely a beautiful condo and a beautiful view, I would def go again

We enjoyed staying at this condo. The only problem was the wait at elevator. It was so long for the wait because the condo has 21 floors. My suggestion for our future visitors is that try to get to Level 1 elevator to get to your level. This makes it easier and quicker for you. Overall, the experiences here were great and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Thanks so lot to the RealJoy team for making it nice, neat and cozy for us to enjoy the time there.
