Welcome to Laketown Wharf 2017 - Penthouse View Seaclusion! This stunning penthouse features tall ceilings and a spacious balcony offering breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast. With 1 bedroom, bunk beds, and 2 bathrooms, this penthouse comfortably sleeps 6 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed, twin bunks are tucked in the hallway, and the living room includes a sleeper sofa. Step out onto the large balcony to enjoy panoramic Gulf views, steps away from the pristine white sands of the world-famous beaches.

Located in the heart of Laketown Wharf, this penthouse is within walking distance of several restaurants, including the popular Pineapple Willy's beach bar and pier. With Walmart nearby and a variety of amenities catering to all ages, this is the perfect spot to park, unload, and relax. Enjoy your stay at Laketown Wharf and make the most of this fantastic beachfront location.

Laketown Wharf guests experience some of the best amenities at the beach, including 5 different and unique pools to choose from like a kid’s pool, teen pool, kiddie water area, and an adult pool! There is also 24 hour security, private beach access, fitness center, putting green, outdoor gazebos, lake and beach views, a boardwalk, restaurants, spa tub and a spectacular fountain water show choreographed to music! For a bite to eat, enjoy Laketown Market, the perfect place to stop in for snacks and drinks, Paradise Pizza is available inside Laketown Market and can prepare all your favorite pizzas, Sunshine Bar and Grill has a full menu of delicious dining options for all ages, and Splash Bar is the ideal spot for relaxing by the pool with a drink in your hand! You can also have some fun at Shipwreck Island Waterpark about 2 miles away.

**All guests are required to register their vehicles one to two days prior to check in and pay for parking passes and wristbands. The registration fee varies between $75 -$100 based on unit occupancy. The number of passes and wristbands provided also varies, based upon unit occupancy. The link to register will be sent to guests prior to arrival via email titled "Laketown Wharf Guest Registration Link". Please check in at the Laketown Wharf front desk upon arrival to retrieve wristbands and parking passes. Please note, the fee is subject to change as it is set by the onsite HOA.**

Had a wonderful vacation . Would stay again

Great location, everything was like in the pictures. The only issue we had was the elevators. I would recommend to anybody staying at this place to get there early before check in . Or else you will be waiting a long time to get an elevator because everybody else is checking in at the same time. Or people are coming back from the beach, so the elevators are jampacked.

RealJoy Vacations did not disappoint! Our family vacation was fantastic, rental was clean and very roomy. The location was convenient to restaurants, shopping, some even walkable, and the beach right across the street. Plus, our host was on point, all check in and out instructions outlined and sent to us in advance, host was available for any questions we had. I would definitely book with them again!!!

We loved our stay here, the owners of the penthouse were great and respectful, always got back to me when needed. The place was gorgeous, and even better in person.. very clean and organized, the only thing I needed was a spatula to make pancakes and burgers, and there wasn’t anything to wash dishes with so I used paper towels to wash them then put the dishes in the dishwasher. Other than that I didn’t wanna leave the place, very cozy oh and the AC worked gracefully..

Property was exactly how the pics look. The place was very spacious nice and clean.. The view is amazing right across from the beach. You really don’t have to leave the property for anything if you don’t want to. So much is on site at the property just for The Wharf Guest. The location was great close to everything. Wal-Mart and several stores and restaurants is all within walking distance. I had no reason to contact host everything was perfect. I look forward to staying at this property again.

Great location and condo!

This condo was great. Very large for 6 people and was so welcoming. Large balcony overlooking Thomas Drive and great views of the beach. The door side had great views of the city and bay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with RealJoy at the Laketown Wharf. We were already blown away by the photos of the condo, which much to our amazement looked even better in person. The location is great - right across the street from the beach, pineapple willy's, Walmart, and other stores for all your needs (i.e. food, drink, supplies, etc.)
Our only regret is that we didn't book an extra day in this location! We were sad to leave ! haha

Very nice place to stay

Great place to stay. Only downside to the place is waiting for elevators. Most of the time it was a short wait, there were a few instances we waited around 10 minutes for an elevator. Property management was very prompt in replying to questions. Nice pools and a short walk to the beach.

Overall, the stay was nice. The condo was clean and nice. The kitchen only has minimal dishes and cookware but we didn't do much cooking. RealJoy is great at responding when you call but if you email or text, expect it to be slow responses. Also, the beach access requires a gate code and I asked RealJoy about it and they stated no code was needed. You can reach your arm through the gate and open it though. Definitely recommend staying here for your visit!

It was near everything! Didn’t have to go far for anything! The room was very clean and up to part! My stay was very comfortable and enjoyable! I will definitely be staying here whenever I visit Panama again!
