We had a great time at the beach!! This was our first Panama City trip and the location was better than expected. The beach is literally across the street , walking to retail stores and restaurants, five pools 2 hot tubs and a beautiful view from the balcony. We had plenty of space for both families that went. Would definitely stay here again .

Had a great time. This is my third time staying at the Laketown Wharf. Great location. Lots of good food within close proximity. Walking through Pineapple Willys to the beach is 10/10.
The Airbnb was great, exactly as described. The elevators were much busier than the past times I have been. Thats memorial day weekend for you though!

We had a fantastic stay at Gianni's place! The environment was very clean, and the backyard is absolutely massive, perfect for hosting events. All the photos were accurate, and the space was just as described. Gianni was an incredibly responsible host, always available and helpful. This place is ideal for group gatherings, parties, or even weddings. We had a great time celebrating New Year's with our group, and it made for an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

My group of 7 plus a one year old had the best experience at this condo. It was stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, plates, cups, coffee, small appliances, and so much more. I really appreciated all the beach supplies they provided as well. The view was incredible even though it was across the street. It was so convenient to be able to just walk downstairs for breakfast and dinner and pineapple Willie’s was a short walk. No wait for any restaurants on site and the pools were not crowded at all. Overall my stay was a 10/10 experience.

The View from the Master Bedroom and living space were spectacular!!! I woke up looking at the waves and beautiful beach view. Absolutely my favorite! The location is everything!! You really never need to drive anywhere. My family walked to Walmart , we drove there when we 1st arrived for essentials. Restaurants on site, We loved Karaoke at LuLus . Pineapple Willie’s right across the street. Several pools . I could go on and on … The young adults did not want to do any additional activities, everything they needed and loved was there! Saved me money !
My family raved about this spot ! I got brownie points for booking this one :)

Final Tips …
Read all info and you will know you have to pay facility for parking passes and wrist bands., I had.Also you may want to get vaca insurance, i didn’t but later worried about the storm . I understood there was no refund so that will be something I purchase in the future during hurricane season if I book in advance.

The golf course didn’t have any equipment and it didn’t say that on the listing. The floor needed to be cleaned. The bump beds listed weren’t accurate. Check in process for the line was long. Overall the property was wonderful and included everything you may have needed.

Waking up every morning with an ocean view from the master bedroom and being able to have your coffee on the balcony with an incredible view is priceless. The condo was very spacious and beautiful and the kitchen was equipped with everything you needed and more. We love being able to wash towels and wet clothes instantly since the condo is equipped with a washer and dryer. Another thing that we love is that everyone had their own bathroom.
The only thing that was a little uncomfortable was at check-in I had to pay the parking fee and the bracelets at the lobby and I thought this fee was already included. ( it said in the contract that I had to pay this extra but I think they need to be more explicit with this information on the Airbnb platform and not in the fine print of the condo agreement).
Other than that our stay was incredible, very comfortable and beautiful place, I recommend it 100%.

The unit was exactly how it’s pictured. The ladies responded promptly to any questions that I had. Would definitely come back again. Our family of 5 were spread out comfortably. Our 5 year old loved her space with the bunk beds, and our in-laws enjoyed their privacy as well.

3 Nurses and their children taking a much needed beach trip! The balcony was our gathering place, so much space and such a great view! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Really enjoyed this condo- very spacious and perfect size for 3 adult couples and a child. The king beds in each rooms were great so no one had to squeeze, as well as everyone having their own bathroom. Views were great being that high up on the 18th floor. The condo building itself was nice but needed some maintenance. The company the rental was through (Forever Rentals) was absolutely incredible. They were super prompt with responses and the check in process was very easy. They sent ample emails with good information leading up to the stay, as well as a phone call once we got checked in to ensure everything was good upon arrival. Would definitely stay with this rental company again!

We stayed for a week in this condo! Beautiful property, and the hosts were very accommodating! The only problem we had, was the elevators- you have to wait forever during busy hours.

Amazing location and value! You can’t beat the beautiful ocean views. Everything was exactly as pictured and described. The condo is very spacious and has all the amenities needed for a large family. Communication was excellent and the detailed info provided was very helpful and made check-in a breeze. We stayed over the Cinco de Mayo weekend and had no issues with the elevators. We used the elevators right next to the lobby for our whole trip and never waited more than a few minutes. We will definitely be staying here again!

The room was very nice, clean, comforting & homely. There is plenty of space in the unit. There are kitchen utensils & equipment that you can use if you choose to cook! There is also a washer and dryer if you need to it wash clothes! The balcony is so spacious and there is enough room to cook and eat out on the balcony for a large group. Jilenna was very friendly and quickly responded to any requests or issues that occurred. The condo itself has plenty of pools, hot tubs and even a put put course to play a little golf. My overall experience was great! I highly recommend and would definitely book again!

This is a bang for your buck. The place was in such great location. Elevators took a average of 15-20 maybe longer sometimes to get onto one. Getting carts for our luggage was difficult and ended up having to carry everything up 18th floors. Beds was AMAZING. Place was super clean and had everything we needed. We had to buy cleaning supplies to clean up fyi! Overall, we had a great view and felt very comfortable for our holiday here in PCB!

We love staying at Laketown Warf. The location is so convenient and we never had to leave the property. The beach is a quick walk across the street and all the pool options keep the kids busy and happy. This particular condo was exactly what we needed to bring our friends with us this time. Extremely spacious and a comfortable place for all 9 of us. The bunk beds were a huge hit for the older kids. 5 stars everyday!

My family and another family wanted a place to stay and hang out with one another close to the beach. This absolutely fit! The bunk beds in the hallway were perfect for our boys, and there was plenty of space for us to spend time with one another while not being on top of each other. When we couldn’t find the WiFi info, Jilenna responded quickly to help us out. I would definitely stay here again!

We have been coming to Laketown Wharf for years but this was the best condo we’ve stayed in by far. Upgrades are beautiful and the decor is tasteful. Owners have thought through so many details that most don’t and it made for a perfect vacation with friends!

Great location, located directly across from the beach with easy access. The pools were also very nice an not overly crowded. Views from the condo were amazing. Absolutely in love with this hotel. My room is gorgeous and I don’t want to leave! The views all around us is amazing and all of the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable for my family.
