Unwind in the bedroom which features a king bed, ensuite, and lake views. Additional guests will love having twin bunks within an alcove with bathroom access, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing up to 6 guests to sleep comfortably. The chef of the group will love the updated fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Gather for meals around the dining table that seats 4 with additional seating at the bar for 2 to plan your next adventures. End your day snuggled up on the couch with your favorite movie on the large flat screen tv or on the balcony with your favorite libation. **All guests are required to register their vehicles one to two days prior to check in and pay for parking passes and wristbands. The registration fee varies between $75 -$100 based on unit occupancy. The number of passes and wristbands provided also varies, based upon unit occupancy. The link to register will be sent to guests prior to arrival via email titled "Laketown Wharf Guest Registration Link". Please check in at the Laketown Wharf front desk upon arrival to retrieve wristbands and parking passes. Please note, the fee is subject to change as it is set by the onsite HOA.**

The location was wonderful especially being on the balcony being able to see the beach & etc . 10000/10 the only issue I had was the tub stopping up , but that didn’t stop us from enjoying our luxurious stay ! The apartment is beautiful and very functional, the view is beautiful. Everything was clean and organized. The only thing I didn't like is that they are not at all flexible with check-in or check-out, even though there were no other guests arriving after us on the same day. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

The king size bed was great and very comfortable!! Didn’t want to get out most mornings! Need way more elevators, have to wait almost 30 minutes to get to your car is a little crazy. Or to get back up to your room.

We stayed for a full week in unit 1714. It was a beautiful condo and had almost everything we could need. My only complaint would be the pans could be replaced and no oven mits. Really other than that we loved the condo. Everything was close by. Nice easy walk to the beach. Lots of pools to pick from. The elevators could use some work or even adding another in would be beneficial to accommodate all the guests coming in and out. We enjoyed our stay very much and can’t wait to come back!

Great Condo!

The condo was exactly like the listing and had a excellent view of the ocean from the balcony. It was clean, cozy and just enough space for my family. The property management team were easy to work with while going through the booking process. The condo is an excellent location right across from Pineapple Willy’s and the resort amenities were fantastic for all ages.
