This spacious 2BR/2BA condo has a king bed in the master bedroom, king bed in the guest room, the area room with a barn door for privacy has a full bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 8 guests. The kitchen has breathtaking views all while preparing your favorite meal. The kitchen island offers 3 additional bar seats. The open living room has plenty of space to unwind and enjoy your favorite movie on the flat screen TV. Relax on the large balcony and take in amazing gulf views. **All guests are required to register their vehicles one to two days prior to check in and pay for parking passes and wristbands. The registration fee varies between $75 -$100 based on unit occupancy. The number of passes and wristbands provided also varies, based upon unit occupancy. The link to register will be sent to guests prior to arrival via email titled "Laketown Wharf Guest Registration Link". Please check in at the Laketown Wharf front desk upon arrival to retrieve wristbands and parking passes. Please note, the fee is subject to change as it is set by the onsite HOA.**

Everything at your fingertips

We loved our stay at Laketown Wharf. The pools and hot tubs were next-level, which came in handy in late March. The unit was comfortable, clean, and very nice. We had plenty of room for our family of 6 and never felt cramped at any point. Being Spring break, the check-in was a little crazy the day we arrived due to so many people trying to get their wristbands at once, but it was a very minor inconvenience and an over-all fabulous stay!! I highly recommend this unit, especially for families!

Our family of 5 loved our stay here!

The condo’s views were beautiful. The condo was nice and clean. We had everything we could possibly need there. The pools where always fun. Everything was close by. Restaurants, Attractions, Walmart etc. The only thing like everyone says is the elevators. But even then we didn’t have super long waits like other people seemed to have. Overall our stay here was great! Thank you for being our home away from home.
