Welcome to Lakeside Villa, a peaceful lakefront lower floor retreat offering something truly special along 30A—direct access to Camp Creek Lake wake up to still water and peaceful lake views, then start your morning with coffee on the deck or dock. Launch a kayak or paddleboard and explore the coastal dune lake, then relax on the lakeside deck, enjoy the beach gear, or rinse off in the outdoor shower. From breakfast by the water to sunset views, Lakeside Villa makes enjoying the outdoors effortless. Inside features two bedrooms and one bathroom, comfortably sleeps up to five guests. Large windows and the balcony overlook Camp Creek Lake. The comfortable layout includes a Queen bed in the master bedroom, two Twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a Twin sleeper sofa in the living area. Lakeside Villa is the perfect place to slow down and experience 30A from a different perspective.

Rosemary Beach is only minutes away, with shops and restaurants, including the Old World-style town center w/coffee shop, bike and surf rentals, and unique shops. Check out the open-air markets on the weekends. 

Enjoy the beautiful sugar-white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Enjoy walking and biking everywhere around Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys Beach. Don't miss the newly opened 30Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
