Welcome to Laguna Point 6 – Dock Holiday, your perfect beachside retreat in the heart of Destin! This charming 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome combines comfort, convenience, and coastal style for a relaxing and memorable getaway. The ground level features a one-car garage, an additional assigned parking space, and a bonus storage area—perfect for stashing beach gear after a fun-filled day. A washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this level.

Upstairs on the second floor, you’ll find a newly updated open-concept living space, complete with a bright, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise and feeling the coastal breeze. A half bath is also located on this level for added convenience. The third floor offers two private bedrooms for restful nights. The primary suite features a plush king bed and a private en-suite bathroom, creating a peaceful retreat. The guest bedroom is perfect for families, offering a full-size bed, child-size bunk beds, and its own en-suite bath with a tub/shower combo. Both rooms provide a comfortable and inviting space to unwind. Whether you're fishing off the dock, exploring Destin’s vibrant harbor, or simply relaxing after a day at the beach, Dock Holiday has everything you need to create lasting coastal memories.

** Guests are welcome to use the kayaks (life jackets with attached whistles must be worn at all times per WFC boating regulations), oars, bicycles with locks, beach chairs, and an umbrella. Please be sure all items are rinsed and returned to the garage when not in use and left in the same condition as found. Not guaranteed**

Laguna Point is nestled in a peaceful community, and guests can enjoy access to a shared sun deck and dock—ideal for fishing, launching kayaks, or simply soaking in the beautiful harbor views. When you're ready for the beach, the sugar-white sands are just a short walk away via private gated access, making beach days effortless.

Parking & Property Rules:
- This property includes one covered garage space and one assigned parking space, for a total of two vehicles.
- Trailers, boats, and campers are not permitted on the property.
- The dock is available for boat pick-up and drop-off only; overnight boat parking is not allowed.
- Kayaks, paddleboards, and jet skis are welcome for daytime use, but may not be stored overnight at the dock or along the water’s edge.
- Baby gates are not provided.
- Guests are responsible for supervising all individuals around the dock and waterfront areas at all times. The homeowner and management are not liable for any incidents.

Area Attractions: 

If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements.

An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from the gulf to harbor. Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.
