The master bedroom has a king bed, a loveseat with a pull out bed, and a balcony with endless gulf views! There’s also a queen bed in the guest bedroom, a loveseat with a pull out bed in the alcove on the first floor, and two additional twin folding beds in the hallway for a maximum occupancy of 6. There is plenty of seating in the living room for everyone as well! Relax after a long day on the extra long sofa or the convertible ottomans that can be used as seating! You can also relax by the new fire pit overlooking the beach after a long day at the beach! With the BEACH as your backyard and loads of Gulf Front porch space, Klaus House #4 will make your next vacation one to remember!

This house was amazing. We were there for spring break 2023. Myself, wife, 4, 6, and 13 year old girls. Plenty of space and great location. The girls loved the ability to walk to the beach whenever. Also great for a bathroom break. The deck was amazing plenty of seats and lounge chairs. We will definitely be back.

great location, easy to find, super convenient. Very clean. kid friendly but you'll want to bring your own child gate for the stairs! plenty of towels, but no extra blankets. absolutely everything as described. we would stay here again!

We loved the location, obviously it's on the water and you walk right out to the beach, as OPPOSED to getting in an elevator or going down multiple flights of stairs at a condo setting.
Also within walking distance across the street, there is a ice cream restaurant and Pizza Hut, less than a half mile away there is a grocery store and pharmacy.
There was plenty of towels clean linens,
toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, conditioner and shampoo provided. There is a fully equipped kitchen, we made Frozen margaritas with their blender, there was a hand mixer for pancakes, there was a full grill on the deck and of course plates and dishware to dine.
The only thing we had to bring was our beach equipment including towels.
We're locals to Panama City, this was a nice way to not travel very far but get to appreciate the beach and force ourselves to relax for a while.
I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing! Loved Everything! Firepit

I wish i had 10 stars! This Non Smoking unit is Amazing, the second you pull up to the unit you can See the Emerald Coast ! The Door opens to a World Beyond , the Views in every Room are breathtaking! The Huge Deck invites such a Time of Enjoyment, memories and serenity! Just steps to a semi private beach ocean Front! The Fire Pit was so very Nice! No smoking at the fire pit was a really nice Treat! The Bedrooms are so comfortable the view from the King Room is Ocean Galore and the Queen has a Balcony to the Strip! The best of Both Worlds! They have everything you need for a wonder stress free vacation. Also they have creative extra sleeping arrangements , that are convenient for the little ones ! Its a Romantic place , its a Retreat to solitude alone time or its a come home to family get away! Love it , cant wait to stay again! Sonya

Great location and property

The location was perfect. Right on the beach. The furnishings and design were modern and minimalist. I'm not a fan of the wicker beachy furnishings, they make a place look dated. Klaus House, looked fresh and clean. Would rent again.

Photos are as the property appears

Most rentals and Hotels take photos from angles and with filters that make the property look better than it actually does. This property was a great place to stay. The fact that the weather was bad the comfort of the property made it worth being trapped inside for a few days. I hate it that the internet went out due to the storm. Which made it difficult for my husband to work a few hours every day and we couldn't watch any movies. However, each television is a smart TV and there is satellite as well. Please read the contract and plan to bring your own beach towels, additional tissue, paper towels and trash bags. The disposable items are contractor/hotel grade.

Yes, housekeeping normally provides only a certain amount of such items as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and linens. We found exactly what we were looking for in this age of COVID19, a private place right on the beach. Couldn't have asked for a better place. We checked out Pier Park which was jam packed with people. Luckily we were able to have local eats via take out without taking away much from the beach experience because we were able to eat on the back deck while watching the sun go down from the unit.

Good

It was a nice place. We had some issues with flooding and the roof but there was a hurricane hitting us so there’s nothing that could have been prevented! Property manger was quick with responses when we had the issues and very polite to us when we had to leave early because of the storm/no electric.
